Ive asked about paypal before, but was the fees were too high. Being able to send online payments would be awesome though. I recently tried sending them payment via my banks billpay system, we'll see if that works...
I think they could make a killing if you could buy roll ups online...
it'd be like making crack available online.... scary. interesting though about the online bill pay. let me know if it works.

Nope I just put in the NOTES: section my RSI Account number.
You only need the address, they basically send a check to that address and in the notes section it states your name and RSI Account number and good to go.

Me too. No problems thus far and I've been doing it for 7 years...
Hopefully they will waive the turn fax in fee this time around or I'll be missing a bunch of turns at this point...

They should just OAB to set them up with one of those email printers to replace the fax, although it might violate their legal agreement....

Another empty mailbox for me.

Better yet, they should just email my turns to my printer! Forget you guys!
I'm not sure how I'm going to get my turns in. I've got tourney teams who I'll need to fill out replacements for and they don't take replacement roll-ups by fax. If I don't get the crappy guys in and fighting the DA, then I'm running only one or two guys, which defeats the purpose of running a tourney team. If I miss the turn, then I miss out on the free fights that I won in whatever small arena they are in.
Obviously everyone is annoyed by this. I'm sure they were annoyed to get back to Tempe and find out that nothing had been mailed for four days. Somebody clearly dropped the ball somewhere.
Oh well. Maybe tomorrow.

if you promise to mail the original replacement overview in i bet they'll take it over the fax. just put a little note with a smiley face that says "original in the mail!"

Sandy sent us that note early afternoon Tue, indicating lotsa Tue mailings, so those of us sorta midwest/east coast should expect mailings Fri, we think. Today would have been too early. (But we, like y'all, certainly looked and hoped. --- And found nothing.)
So much for that dumb, sad, Friday prediction. (sigh)

Damn... I sure hope I get something tonight, otherwise Friday is going to be a DM overload night with 3/47/101 coming late along with 41/52/100 hopefully coming on time.

Wow, still nothing in Thursday's mail... if Arena 10 shows up tomorrow, it will be officially a week late. I sent off next turn this morning (at least we can see the newsletters online), and I can do that for the next few arenas, but c'mon, Gals, I got rollups in the other ones!

I was conversing with a manager a few months back that only uses the fax for mailing in turns and he said that if you write the control number above the copy protected number that they will accept a RU by fax. If you have CAMSCAN on your phone you can send it via free online fax. The camera takes a picture and turns it into a .pdf and th number is visible, I have tested it and it works.

I'm going to send an e-mail and see if I can pick up my turns tomorrow for 12, 32, 81, and 100 from their bookstore. I think my "Costa Rica" comment from the other thread is looking more and more likely (i.e. they took our money and jetted to Costa Rica)...
