Ran across this one after doing a final sweep for anything I missed on the most recent batch of RUs I received. Probably nothing, but still intrigued me none the less to post it for your input on it.
17-5-8-8-6-9-17 other than the 21 str/deft I wouldnt even know where to put the remaining 10 points, lol. Probably not even worth the time to fill it out, but who knows, it could be fun.....let me know.....

What a cool setup!
I take the dual 21's with GB's numbers, acknowledging that Consortium's design may be stronger overall with the higher wit and likely same physicals.
Style becomes an interesting discussion. With the low hit points, you're looking at an offensive (preferably that learns decise since he's slow) or a suicide hybrid (my name for hybrids that have to attack sooner rather than later). Endurance is on the low side, so you'd prefer one of the endurance conserving styles. But such high starting attack and parry!
I could see this guy as any of STK, PS, TP, PR, AB, B, or WOS). That is my approximate order of preference on style as well. With the dual-21's, I'd probably choose a style that I'm more likely to run in ADM (so not a striker).
