I doubt the NCAA is going to do anything about it since they already hammered USC harder than most programs that get busted for crap like this. The problem with most NCAA sanctions is holding universities responsible for poor decisions made by individuals (in this case, the student athletes). The NCAA and universities can talk about this stuff with their student athletes until they're blue in the face and not stop all of it. If they follow up on reported abuses and pass it along to the NCAA they should get a pass.
