I'd look at either a tank BA, a PS, or an OTP.
15-13-9-13-4-9-7 -----> 17-15-9-17-9-10-7 BA or 17-14-9-13-9-9-11 TP (with 2 points going to either WT or CN) or 15-13-9-17-9-10-11 PS |

I agree with the word on the Street, one of these 3 options, I do like the TP best though |

I'd go 15-13-9-17-9-10-11 BA, ST, PS in that order. |

You've gotten some good advice so far. On many days, I'd take the 15-13-9-17-9-10-11 B and let it go. Performance of these guys can be all over the map. Some of them are fantastic, some quite a bit less so.
Today, I'm feeling less traditional.
15-13-9-13-4-9-7 -> 21-14-9-17-7-9-7 B, maybe WOS/TP/L |

One cannot always trust "the word on the Street" but I think all 3 of my choices are winners for once
That said if it were mine I'd choose the TP and go with the last 2 points in WT. On Offensive TPs (OTP) if the CN is 13+ I'll try and take WT figuring extra PAR and DEF learns will outstrip another 2-4 HP; 4 in this case. |

Okay. I found some old notes while I was looking for stuff to add to the manager's list. I made this guy:
15-15-9-13-10-9-13 TP
Another option I scribbled down was:
21-13-9-15-10-9-7 BA
If I ever reactivate this team, I might DA this guy. I don't think he would function well in the current style of play. |

I wouldn't neccesarily say that. If he is an arena warrior I believe he would do just fine run like a WoS MO/LO open. The occasional parry tactic (maybe minute 1 against offensives then up it when they slow, or tire, in minute 2, and for desperation). Could also use a Response tactic ( against BA and ST) or even riposte tactic. The tactics are situational I would run him most of the time open and hope he swings fairly regularly!
As long as other styles take out the ABs he could also have success in tournies based on learns (ATT or RIP with PAR) and if he likes to swing or not. That can be a frustrating thing about OTPs: sometimes, regardless of how hard you try; and up OE; some just refuse to swing..... and some refuse to stop swinging and use their defense when the need is there. |

I'm sorry. I am still relearning a lot of stuff. What is WoS MO/LO? |

WoS= Wall of Steel (I usually write WS but for some reason I have adopted Assur's WoS lately without realizing it)
MO/LO signifies OE/AL (Offensive Effort/Activity Level; KD= Kill Desire). You may see alot of people list such when they talk of graduates favorite rhythms.
VL (Very Low)=1 or 2
LO (Low)=3 or 4
MO (Moderate)=5 or 6
HI (High)=7 or 8
VH (Very High)=9 or 10
No need to forgive please ask all the questions you desire. Most of the time you will get someone to answer..... unless your asking "Exactly how do you run something to get a TC?" Everyone has their own little protected secrets to the game (even if everyone may already know them). |
