my first thought was 10-13-7-17-13-11-13 PL and then a ST 11-13-7-17-11-12-13 neither one of them are great guys should i just DA?

I'm not a real big fan of low WL PL's, but you could try a PR or PS with that, say: 10-13-7-17-9-12-17 and see how it rolls up.

I meant to put 11 SP there, it won't let us edit posts any more.

DA this? Why, it's a very solid RU. I haven't crunched any numbers on Terrablood, but either 9-13-7-17-9-12-17 or 11-13-7-17-9-12-15 immediately stand out to me as PS, PL or PR. Good luck with this. I think it has the potential to surprise you.

Yeah, definitely make a nice low-WL PR, 10-13-7-17-9-11-17. Or the beefier 11-14-17-9-11-15 version, but I'd go with the doub-17 and likely try bumping ST to 11 at some point early just for weapons usage. You likely won't get good damage either way, so take the better strarting skills. I've had guys like this do pretty well, and others totally flop. Just depends...

5-13-7-12-9-11-13 is a MUCH better recruit than what I've seen lately!!
CN = double digit. I look there first. Probably not an attack style.
WL = single digit, but highest possible...
Doing this BEFORE I use Terrablood's excellent program to run the formulas, but...
I like 11-13-7-17-12-11-13 P-Strike or TP.
Not a scummy TP; this one will counter-attack! Both will get the most out of the WL. I have a couple of low WL P-Strikes that have gone over 7 minutes attacking constantly.
You're going to have a lot of weapon choices and some speed out the gate; 14pt encumbrance, so you can use ARM + H and still be very mobile --- keep that AL up for a couple of minutes; small guys dodge and roll easily and often --- I LIKE this guy!

Well, let's be clear here. Jack, you know about Terrablood.com, right? There's a fill-in-the-blank formula form to find out 'mode' for any given set of stats & style matches. There's 'wiggle room' there, as a warrior can always be 'blessed' or 'cursed' above or below mode, but it's an excellent resource for finding the 'most likely' outcome.
A P-Strike like I outlined will have a decent, but uninspired set of numbers, at mode. A T-Parry will have a much better parry. Both will probably do normal damage and have normal endurance and encumbrance.
The P-Rip and A-Blow versions have their strengths and weaknesses too.
Essentially, it comes down to what YOU want to do, what styles you feel comfortable running, do you prefer mediocre numbers vs more skills & frailties... That's the basic debate (I think).
So I hope you're using all this info from the peanut gallery and running it through Terrablood's site. Also check out the articles there on various style designs, and don't forget to read the newsletters of Noblish Island (arena 93). Lots of good stuff; it's aimed at new players but everyone can get something out of it. I always do.
As for running an 'offensive' TP -- I haven't seen one in ages, but I ran one that died with a very nice win/loss. (It's that last loss that hurt so bad!) Read up on them; or ask other players. Fun fights to read!

I was think the same thing Buri. That would be a really good parry-riposte.

We cannot add much to the great advice above - except, don't DA it; it is a reasonably nice rollup.
