It is frowned upon and technically not supposed to happen but it has been know to happen. I would say to fax them to be safe. Sandy and Lee don't look at their emails every day judging by there response rate.

That is the second preferred method, behind snail mail. The fax number is on the home page of reality.com

something like 480-894-something or other

Go with faxing your stuff. They charge you $2.00 but it is well worth it.

The last time I had to do it, it was a flat fee for that covered the whole team.

It really is easier. I have considered buying a printer like my father in law. It does copies, and it faxes. It was the best Christmas gift the wife and I gave her father in ten years.
