This one is interesting. I have gone round and round and ended up at
14-9-4-10-9-14-10----> 17-9-4-15-11-15-13 Basher with a 55 base and BA!
also guaranteed at least good damage.. Maybe another style i'm not seeing?

Neat roll-up.
If I were going to go BA, I would probably go:
14-9-4-10-9-14-10 --> 17-9-4-15-10-18-11 BA
I think the extra Dec is better than the extra Att on BAs, as they really need to get the jump.
If I were going ST, I might go:
14-9-4-10-9-14-10 --> 17-9-4-15-10-14-15 ST
Finally, I would also consider this guy as a quad-15 LU:
14-9-4-10-9-14-10 --> 15-9-4-15-15-15-11 LU
Probably not the "right" design, but the four 15s are pretty cool.

I am still learning the new style of managing. Why would you make a basher with a low will? I prefer at least an 11 or 12.

If you are ok with an 11 WL, why not a 9 WL?
After 9, you dont get any skills until 15 so you are only adding points for physicals or training ability. With this design, the 17 ST gives you the physicals (endurance) that the style needs plus gives you att skills and dmg.

Bashers can only use the BA marginally. Not a bad option for them, but it is NOT well suited.
My first thought on this guy was:
16-9-4-15-15-14-11 PS (Train Strength once if he doesn't roll good damage)

In general, you design your warriors to have one of the following wills:
7, 9, 15, 17, 21
Those are where the skills are on will. Between 9 and 15 is considered a dead zone where you often want to put the points elsewhere. I will often add a point or two to a 9 will guy to give him extra endurance, but most of the time 9 or 15! And adding 5-6 points to get to 15 is usually considered a 'lot' of points to add for not enough skills.

As to a basher with low will, you will have different opinions. The Consortium and I both run lots of arena bashers with 9 (or even less <gasp>) will. They perform just fine. Though with 9 will, you'll want higher strength and/or some con to have enough endurance.
I recommend at least poor endurance with great damage and normal endurance with good damage on bashers, but you can get away with less.

We can add nothing to Assur's statements. Exactomundo!
For us, this is a 17-9-4-16-9-18-11 BA

I saw plenty of good opinions on this guy but I noticed a small variant nobody mentioned.
First off I almost always want to make a SZ 3 or 4 a style that utilizes DEF or PAR seeing as how you get +2 in each for the SZ. I also then think about the fact that I lose 2 INI due to that same stat so I like to look at styles like AB,LU,PL,PS,PR,WS, or TP. I usually rule out BA because they like damage, ST because of the same plus they have a relatively low INI base (an overlooked stat for the style at times), and SL since they don't like to defend at all.
This guy says either LU or PL to me because the WT and DF aren't high enough for PR, it doesn't have the ATT to be anything but a defensive PS IMHO, and it's on the lowish end of endurance for a WS with that WL. It could be an OTP but it's speed means it can make a pretty good LU or PL. Obviously AB is out with the DF.
My slight variant is I'll take the RIP,DEF,and INI skill at 15 SP!
14-9-4-10-9-14-10 -----> 15-9-4-15-15-15-11 LU/PL A very nice Quad-15 warrior in my book (with an unusual, and rare, set of quads to boot)! The LU has the following skill set: 11/10/12/5/10/10 very well rounded with a shot at Good Endurance and within range of Good Damage!
