I hit $20 Round Trip for a Airport-Hotel Shuttle Bus Paid-In Advance. Sounds like there's a couple of shuttle bus companies.

Usually its pretty late. I would assume between 9 and 11 pm. Will depend on where Sandy and Lee are at with setup and how many new Teams need to be input etc.......

Truly live from the Orlando Embassy Suite. (this one, anyway)
typical nice Embassy
old-style, the tall structure with rooms encircling a wide open center
haven't tested any appropriate facilities
but can say their CSR is very good
quite a few places to eat nearby (easily walkable), with a decent room-service anytime menu
Walgreens nearby (5 min walk) acts as a "quickie" food mart
already spoke briefly to John (tDO) and Sandra who have definitely tested the local attributes having watched a joust and taken a helicopter ride
we, on the other hand, are waiting for the free bar to open at 5:30,and a probable later dinner nearby

Consortium -- Your post is greatly appreciated! It's nice for those who only sent proxies (and any mgrs not attending) to get the bird's-eye-view.

Pictures would be great too. However, I'm not sure this forum is the best place for that. Maybe a re-activated Facebook page? Just a thought.

rumors/sightings from Thurs by The Consortium

Met tDO (and wife - a regular) coming in
they had (and looked as though they had) just taken a helicoptor ride
it is probably untrue that she attempted to push him from the copter (desire does not always equal action)
they Medieval Timesed it (including joust) with Mannequin and family (son, mother, ?) last eve
............................................................
Sat thru 2 hour free bar with TUM, and later TMM; they showed each other children pictures on their phones (cute)
.........................................................
Papa Bear (and wife) showed up; after hugs, the two oldest playing DMers both repeated "you made it another year?" (contrary to popular belief, The Consortiun is NOT the eldest - old, but not oldest)
............................................................................
dinner dates observed were:
.................................................
Khisanth and Otto X
...................................................
Papa Bear and wife
...................................................
Lee, Sandy, +1 (yeah RSI made it) and TMM, TUM - this tell you something? MAJOR collusion
.........................................................................
Crip and Consortium
...........................................
later seen at the bar - Mannequin and others mentioned above
........................................................................................
no need for anyone else to attend as TMM, TUM, and Mannequin have already claimed all the TCs (sigh)

Rumor has it that Grimm is pulling an all-nighter, possible 12 hours of red-eye travel, just to get here to see us. That's LOVE! Shocked Embarassed

Technology is so advanced that TUM, TMM, DMobster, and LHI can work from their I phones and a small office table. These guys are to be admired.
