I'm not wanting to mess this one up so I'm putting it out there for some opinions ...
My first thoughts on this roll-up are ...
(1) Probably Offensive since the CN is low
(2) 21 WL is going to happen
Then I get a little "fuzzier" ...
> Should I make the WT 15 or 17?
> Should I make the DF 7 or 9?
> What about making ST 15?
> What style is best?
Without any feedback, my choice would probably be the Basher style. Either 15-6-6-15-21-14-7 or 13-6-6-17-21-14-7 both seem reasonable. I like the available weapons (MA & WH). But my experience is very limited in this style, so I'm not exactly sure how I'd run it.
Is there a better style choice or number distribution? I'm open to considering any opinions.

I like Consortium's BA design.
I would also consider:
13-6-6-12-15-13-5 --> 17-6-6-17-17-14-7 SL
Its tough to sacrifice the 21 WL, but if you accept that this roll-up is mostly intended for basic and not ADM, I think the trade-offs start to look pretty good (namely guaranteed Good+ damage and better weapon selection with the 7 DF).
