Do dead tourney TVs count toward political points for graduation?

I don't believe Dead TVs provide PPs, but I can't say with 100% certainty.

OAB is correct. No PPs for dead tourneys.

Cool, thanks. I was a little worried that Fjord in 84 would graduate if he wins next turn, which will put him right at 30 FE, and 12 pp not counting the dead tourney. That would have sucked, graduating before even getting a chance at a Champions tourney.
