What do you folks think of these numbers for ADM tourney ?
Lunger Good Damage, Good Endurance
Skills; 38-35-39-23-37-39
Planning way ahead and curious if this would be a competitive warrior.

I've run a lunger in ADM that has a 40 attack, awesome damage and tremendous endurance. He rarely does better than 3-3. His defense & decise aren't as good as yours, but take that for what it's worth. The key to doing well in the ADM tourney is having some untrained 21 stats that you can blow out after the freeze.

By my count that is 211 total skills, which would put the warrior on the razor edge between Eligibles and Contenders.
While RSI's ADM Freeze formula is largely a mystery to us mortals, most people use total skills as a general guideline. The lines are roughly:
Freshmen 150ish and below
ADM 150ish-180ish
Eligibles 180ish-210ish
Contenders 210ish-290ish
Primus 290ish and above
Aimed Blows are judged harshly by the formula to the tune of roughly 10 skills, so one should aim 10 skills lower with that style.
So if your plan is to get your LU to 175 and then train a 21 WT & 21 WL after the freeze and during the tourney to get to 211, that is a good plan (and is called a bust-out). If your plan is to train the warrior slowly to 211 total skills, then you aren't going to be competing in the ADM class.
Generally speaking, since the most important factor in determining your ADM tourney class is total skills, skills become the least important factor in winning (if that makes sense). If you have a hundred entries in ADM with 180ish skills, for instance, the advantage will go to the warriors who have the best learning curves (learned more good skills for their style and less bad skills), the best physicals, the best favorites, and other intangibles.

Yeah. I'm looking ahead and adding in two turns of training post freeze. Trying to learn how to 'bust out'. At the freeze it would be around 190 skills. Is it not also the number of trains X 2? That would make the number 200-201 at the freeze. Don't have the exact numbers with me. Really have next to no idea. Appreciate the help.

The guidelines that I mentioned assume a "normal" amount of trains. The numbers themselves are simply total skills. Nothing more, nothing less.
If you are planning on setting up your warrior at 190 skills at the time of the freeze, you are going to overshoot the ADM class and end up in Eligibles. You should be trying to set up your non-AB at 180 or below. And spend some extra time on CN training, too, because you'll need all you can get.
