This would place the ADM Freeze on March 5 (6 weeks prior to the tourney, as is the custom). For recently returned players, remember that there is no basic freeze. Your basic warriors are classed as of their FE on the day of the tournament.
No news about the possible prize, although Alastarian gamblers are betting heavily on DYO (84 point warrior with no attribute less than 3 or higher than 21, rolled 5 times, choice of 1 based on the overviews), last offered in April 2013.

I have a question about the ADM freeze. If my guy is a skill short or his 120 max learned (non burn) and can't get that last skill before the freeze, but gets that skill just before the tourney, will it hurt me to raise stats? Will I forever be stuck at 119 skills cuz I burned it?
The freeze is simply a manual classification for ADM and the ADM tourney classes. The learns and trains from the tournament wont't count until it actually runs, which is projected to be April 16. As long as you get that last skill leading up to the tourney(including the 3 turns before, which are post-freeze), you will not burn it.
As a side note, if/once your warrior is classed Eligibles/Contenders/Primus, you will be able to learn all of your burnt skills back in the Primus/102 arena.

Depending on what skill your short on, if you raise attributes that don't burn that skill you are A OK

Not that I would win it, but I think DYO is the coolest prize. I have heard that 'Super Team' wasn't popular, but I think that would a nice prize as well.

The ADM Freeze should have occurred this past weekend.
Presumably post-freeze minis will become available by email within the next day or two. If you are interested in receiving them, all you need to do is send an email to RSI and request to be added to the post-freeze minis list.

Minis have started going out.
If you requested minis and you receive an email from batch titled "Minis" that does not contain an attachment, you should email RSI a second time to let them know that your minis were blank and they will send them again.
