The email that I have been using up until last week to contact RSI isn't working. That email is CSR@reality.com . Is there a different email? Anybody else having the problem?

Yes. try Sandy at reality dot com or Lee at reality dot com. I heard they get a lot of spam on the csr address. So you were probably lost in that.
