Does anyone know why no one is answering e-mails or phone calls at RSI?

Probably because it was just a 3-day (Memorial Day) weekend in the US and the girls closed up shop to enjoy some time off.

I think I sent Sandy an e-mail on Wednesday last week, and received a reply on Thursday. Anything sent to the generic csr e-mail address seems to have a high probability of getting overlooked though (based on personal experience)

I sent a note to Sandy last Wed with a problem. It was answered Wed. I sent a note to Lee, Memorial Dat about NLs; it was answered same day.

Do not know what is going on for you guys, but I am certainly not having issues.

I usually just have my people reach out to them when needed and there has never been an issue.

Okay. That is weird. I sent an e-mail to their accounts. Not eh CSR. I also called two or three times.

Can someone tell them to check their e-mail for me?

Longshot has asked on the RSI site that someone contact RSI and notify them that neither his e mails nor phone calls are being answered, and there must be a problem.

This is documented on the RSI site under:
General Discussions/RSI Blackout
for your reference.

I am but a mere messenger.

Wayne (The Consortium) 8493

The above message sent to Lee and CSR.

Note: Perhaps we should have gotten Den to get one of "his people" on this?

Funny - I've been trying to use my King of Primus prizes for a couple months now with no response. Consortium can hire out as an advocate for the "less fortunate".

Perhaps were the prizes to be given to the poor, poor Consortium, they would be applied faster?

(Lamenting as a team, really, as The Consortium's are yet applied also.) Sad

I actually forgot all about this prize! Thanks for the reminders. I've been waiting for the split to occur so I could apply to a more worthy warrior and not the flawed crew I currently fight in Primus.

I tried for FIVE MONTHS to get my maintenance turned off for my team in 45, and apply my meager +1 bonus prize.

Maintenance turned off when I hit about -$80 so I dropped altogether.... Haven't played in over a year! Seems like the right choice now!
