SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly TALCAMA games. Former top team COSMIC KARMA was
unseated this week as SEA DOGS moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot with a
2-3-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon MAD SCIENTISTS this time out
who this turn suffered a fall into 6th position in the wake of a 2-3-1 round.
Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how this week
OF WOLF AND MAN went 3-0-0 to move up 5 in the rankings. LADY LIGHTYEAR caught the
eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as she skillfully bested BLACK SPOT and
was awarded 32 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels,
SATANIC JULIP put down DETHAN, causing him to lose 10 points of recognition in the
process. Due to hers absence and inability to defend the throne, IGGWILV has lost
the title of Duelmaster. The city has turned out in honor of LADY LIGHTYEAR, for
with hers arena victory she may now lay claim to the highest position in the city!
Heed this! A seer has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the whole
city shall perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. My inside sources tell me that the
team to beat in TALCAMA these days is INANIMATE TOFU. At least, most blades in town
are looking to avoid them. Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it was
that spent the better part of last week avoiding INANIMATE TOFU. Indeed it was THE
EMERALD ISLES. Mighty fighters cannot but expect competition from those below.
BARON BARYON take warning! You have more than a few enemies in TALCAMA. INDIKHAN
must really be harboring a grudge against the INANIMATE TOFU guild! Merciless, 18
challenged down CRAP 271496 points this week to duel with he. The Fates are not kind
to the cowardly, as evidenced by the fact that INDIKHAN was beat by CRAP 271496. And
who can now doubt that CRAP 271496 is a hardy opponent? A match that raised a few
eyebrows at the games this week, it seems that SMIDGE posted a challenge against the
more highly recognized DEADEYE. The results, you ask? Well, the firebrand SMIDGE
was beat by DEADEYE. Remember warriors, this is the discipline of steel.
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! The warrior's path is harsh. For mediocrity there
is but one reward--death. This past week BLACK SPOT, at 12-12-1, departed TALCAMA
forever. Fate is a fickle mistress. She showers the miserable with fortune but sets
enemies against the victorious. Remember this!
