SPY REPORT
Greetings, my shiny souls and soot-smudged spectators. Sidara Brightbell here,
fluttering on a chill breeze with my teacups rattling and my wand humming. Seam has
been busy like a cauldron on the open fire that has been forgotten. Let's peek inside,
shall we?
First things, my sweets, a congratulatory cup of tea for Psyde, who has climbed onto
the throne of Seam. He plopped himself down as our newest Duelmaster after defeating
Freya Bearmaw in a two-minute battle. Freya was sent packing in a match that felt less
like a duel and more like a door being politely closed. Polite, but firmly shut. Freya
kept her chin up and her knuckles ready, which is admirable, but Psyde is now the
crowned Duelmaster of Seam.
The Warlords brought sunshine and song to an otherwise cold arena. No, they literally
brought Sunrise Victory and Mist Song to the arena. It remained cold. Sunrise is still
the most beloved warrior on the sands, while Mist Song danced into becoming this
turn's favorite. Mist Song's win over Mankar was brisk and beautifully decisive, like
trimming dead branches before spring.
Now, my darlings, drama bubbles everywhere in this arena. Endi Ravenscar swooped in
with wings as sharp as this winter wind and absolutely flattened Gamera. The Darque
Knights were the most avoided team in Seam, and with two kills over the past few
turns, it is understandable! Far Travelers stepped away from the Knights more than
others, but it was a concerted effort. Every fight was a random matchup this cycle, so
there is no "most challenged" fighter today.
Ryz Razorhand made the sands a little bit quieter by permanently dismissing Shiftyeyed
Volunteer. A somber moment, my dears. Light a candle, say a word to the gods, and
remember to duck next time.
Team-wise, Thirsty Thugs are on the move, and The Warlords are steady behind them. Far
Travelers... well, sometimes traveling folk take the scenic route. Nothing wrong with
that, as long as you pack snacks and remember your armor. Darque Knights remains at
the top with a 9-6-2 record.
So there we have it, sugarplums of the sands. Seam remains dangerous and oddly
endearing, like a cursed kettle that still makes excellent tea. Fight bravely, my
dears, and I will see you in two weeks.
