SPY REPORT
Busy, busy, busy, lots of things happening in CALEAM this turn, and let's start
with a look at some of the teams. And let's see, KNIGHT PRINCESS fought FRIENDLY
CONSTABLE and gained 10 points and contributed to SAXON's 4-1-1. EUPHRATES has lost
to CLEMENTA, falling 5 points, while helping make FAR TRAVELERS a 1-1-0 turn. And
not without some honor, THE WORKING MAN now claims the title and throne of Duelmaster
of CALEAM. By the way, was that our Duelmaster that I saw last night, cramped under
the table at The Swinging Aardvark?
I tell you, a green quarterstaff lasts longer than a seasoned sapling. A basher
friend of mine assures me this is true. ROOFERS has cause to stand tall, as they
were CALEAM's most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a team to beat. And
guess who avoided ROOFERS stable the most? Believe it or not, it was GENERATION X.
Anyone surprised? The most challenged warrior this turn was ROOFERS' warrior JERRY.
More fighters challenged him than challenged the Duelmaster! In a brave attempt,
SKIN from GENERATION X challenged up 23 points to fight JERRY from the ROOFERS
stable. SKIN perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he was beat by JERRY and ended
up with 33 recognition points.
We only live a short time in this world, so why not take a sharp blade, and
shave it close? A brave warrior does not carry a red shield, he has nothing to cover
or hide when the fight is over. Consider well.
