Notes from the arena champ.
Why? why do I have to write a DM Column and Neal didn't? Why? Perhaps I should offer
my opinions:
He can't write. (Or even fight very well.)
He is a lazy male take-up-space-on-earther.
His manager has no control over him.
He knew he wasn't much of a Duelmaster.
He was too tired after attending a drag party.
He takes no pride in Iaye or the Duelmaster Title.
I, however took the time to show my honor and appreciation of Iaye and its great
fighters by penning a column. Good luck to you all. (Well, most of you.)

SPY REPORT
I was going on vacation, see? Surf, sun... But what do those bums say? "Hit
the road, Debby Tonte. IAYE needs a spyreport." Oh, well. Too bad, HARD KNOCKS,
but THE YOUNG ONES was just too good to be stopped. What was the name of that team
who got 4-1-1 this turn for a total 134-111-11 you ask? (Sure) THE YOUNG ONES'
their name, and fighting's their game! MVP award for SAND CREEK? HARD KNOCKS' proud
of him after beating AUNT ONA and getting 25 points. Talk about yer big time losers!
AUNT ONA got smashed by SAND CREEK, and lost 22 points! Like THE YOUNG ONES' NEAL is
sweating since he got challenged by Duelmaster MARY CATHERINE! And I was just
getting used to the ex-Duelmaster's habit of...(!) Oh well, welcome NEAL. Aren't
THE YOUNG ONES proud. (Oh, my.) Who was the wiseguy that said IAYE's Duelmaster was
paying for drinks at The Wharf Rat? Don't look at me!
I gotta admit I haven't been in "deep con caves" with any spies. Really, I just
wing this stuff. THE YOUNG ONES was IAYE's most avoided team. Is there some award
for that? Is there some deep dark secret why LENPROS' been avoiding THE YOUNG ONES
so much? Or is it just that they're too scared? Like, is NEAL popular, or what? He
was challenged the most in all of IAYE! He's got a 20-33-0, is that good? People
were asking me did RULE OF THUMB REALLY challenge AUNT SADIE? (all right, maybe they
didn't, but it sounded good!) It wasn't a spectacular fight, or anything, but AUNT
SADIE wants me to write about it since she was bested by RULE OF THUMB. Satisfied?
What does a fighter fight for? I mean, the crowds don't give a hoot if someone
gets killed. Not after four more fights. Hey you guys, don't you think your
families would like to hear from you? Write! (Or have someone write for you.)
I really didn't, you know, study when I was a kid. Who would've guessed I'd be
a famous Spyreporter? I gotta leave. IAYE is like such a dump, and you guys smell
