                                      SPY REPORT

Busy, busy, busy, lots of things happening in ARADI this turn, and let's start
with a look at some of the teams. The THE ELITE guild has had a 4-1-1 turn and
deserves to be watched in the future. You never know where this kind of thing can
lead. And let's see, ALLAWALLA fought ARLENE and gained 18 points and contributed to
UNNAMEABLES' 3-1-0. KITANA SUKI has lost to FOURST DAG, falling 9 points, while
helping make THE ELITE a 4-1-1 turn. The attempts to dethrone the Duelmaster have
failed, and STAR remains ARADI's top warrior for another turn. By the way, was that
our Duelmaster that I saw last night, cramped under the table at The Blind Cyclops
Inn?
Oriental wise man once say, 'Hiding behind shields prevents proper sun tanning.'
Inscrutable, but true. UNNAMEABLES has cause to stand tall, as they were ARADI's
most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a team to beat. And avoiding
UNNAMEABLES more than any other team we find THE ELITE. ARADI, are we going to
accept, or respect this sort of thing? The most challenged warrior this turn was RED
DOG GANG's warrior DUCKETT. More fighters challenged him than challenged the
Duelmaster! In a brave attempt, ZOLO from THE ELITE challenged up 25 points to fight
DUCKETT from the RED DOG GANG stable. ZOLO perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as
he beat DUCKETT and ended up with 49 recognition points.
A coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man only once. Wise men know this to
be true. Is it really true that ARADI has more dishwashers per capita that fighters?
Just thought I'd ask...
Thought for the day, a new sword shines bright, but the notched sword sings the
sweetest. Well, I'm burning daylight here in ARADI and I've a long road ahead of me.
Happy Trails. Until the sun next rises and my pen sets to paper-- Alarond the Scribe

Oh-five, that's terrible!! -- *a very pissed off* Scorpio

Scorpio -- I don't understand your question. How can a person be any other "race"
than he is? Duckett is a Duck. I and the rest of the team are Dogs, regardless of
what nonsense the Commission puts down. How could it be otherwise? You just live
what you are, and who cares what a bunch of silly humans think? -- Spot

Four-one, this is good. Yes, three of the wins were over standbys (I visualize them
as stuffed chew-toys). So? And the Shewish Hound, his name now properly spelled (as
if a Dog should CARE!), LOST his fight. So typical. -- Spot

                        WINTER FACE-TO-FACE IN SUNNY ARIZONA!

Our next winter FTF will be held in Tempe, Arizona, January 16-18, 2015. It will be
held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Tempe, Arizona (480-897-7444), the same hotel as
last year by popular request. Room rates are $149.00 per night, 1-2 occupancy, which
includes full cooked breakfast, complimentary manager's reception, free airport
shuttle, free parking and free high speed internet. There's a fitness center,
jacuzzi, and pool. The rooms are blocked--code RSI.

Please make your reservations now if you plan to go. This is prime season for
Phoenix, and this year will be crazy: the Superbowl, Phoenix Open, auto auction, PF
Chang's Marathon, and more are all during that time. The hotel will be filling up
quickly and I won't be able to add rooms to the block after they are full. So please
book your room now -- if you can't make it you can cancel your reservation, but we
hope you do!

Look for the tournament info sheet and minioverviews some time in December. We hope
you're all looking forward to it and that we will see you there!
