Was it in PICT where the Visions first began?

Or was it in some other Kingdom of Hyboria?

The Veteran Manager was now pondering what he had seen in these Visions during his 
excursions into the multi-dimensional Hyborian Wars, as he now began roaming the 
Realms of the newly discovered, at least to this Veteran Manager, fascinating Realms 
of the Forgotten Realms dimension.

Hammer was not only able to Time Jump, but the Veteran Manager was also able to 
transverse the Time/Space/Dimension/Continuums well beyond the Realms of ElseWhere and 
ElseWhen with the aid of his now-famous Elven Orbs of Transport.

So now he found himself somewhere in the Forgotten Realms, meditating upon the 
significance of the Visions he had seen, while in the various Hyborian Wars 
dimensions, while fighting a new-type of war in the Forgotten Realms dimensions.

Hammer had seen in these Visions the various Sand Arenas that he had immediately 
recognized from his years spent as a Manager in the DM, now Duel 2, dimension where 
the Veteran Manager had begun his legendary rise as a Gladiator Manager.

Hammer by no means considered himself to be in the upper echelon of D2 Managers who 
had accomplished great feats in the Basic and Advanced Duel Arenas, but the Veteran 
Manager had certainly made his mark as both a WordSmith in the various Arena 
Newsletters, plus by his peculiar promotions of somewhat bizarre contests, including; 
such as, the famous Morya Madness that had taken 28 Turns to complete in the DM 28 
Slow Arena, as well as what Hammer had advertised as Hosting his Final Contest titled 
the Kaltos Kaos in Arena 5 that had concluded in what seemed like a few years earlier.

Now the Veteran Manager was sensing a call to return to some of the D2 Arenas where he 
either had Gladiators waiting for his return, or possibly recruiting some New 
Gladiators upon his return to Alastari.

It would take some time and the accumulation of resources to return to the D2 Arenas 
that were revealed to the Veteran Manager in his recent Visions, but Hammer sensed 
that the time had now come to begin a new chapter as a returning Veteran Manager to 
the Dueling Sands of a variety of D2 Arenas!

As Hammer meditated upon his recent Visions, the Spirit of the Father God came 
mightily upon the Veteran Manager and he began to prophesy to himself in a secluded 
area of the Forgotten Realms:

Hammer: Behold, there are Duel 2 Arenas that will benefit from your return ... even 
though they seem to be thriving without your being there! There are also some Arenas 
that seem to have only a few gladiator bones active at the present time ... but those 
gladiator bones are to live and grow and multiply! One such Arena that is to Grow and 
Multiply is the Telo Arena! It is time to return to the Telo Arena! The Telo Arena 
will Grow and Multiply and Come Alive as it was in Days Gone By! Return to Telo and 
Help Telo Grow and Multiply! The Change in Alive Activity will be Astounding! Return 
to Telo and Others Will Come! It Is Time for Telo Arena to Grow and Multiply!

Hammer finished filling out the necessary paperwork at the Telorinthe Arena 
Gladiatorial Commission to register for activation his new gladiator and activate the 
other four gladiators in his AAAARRGH HAMMERZ (3) stable for the T-234 Round of 
Gladiator Sand Battles!

The Veteran Manager exchanged a small pouch of Gold Coins for the necessary permits 
for his stable to compete in the next round of competition.

Hammer: That should make Arena Master Salgreid happy!

Handing the Arena Permit to his young gladiator companion, the Veteran Manager 
beckoned her to follow him to the AAAARRGH HAMMERZ Dining Hall where a celebratory 
banquet awaited them!

MaTH: Thank You for signing me on to compete in the Telo Arena for your stable!

Hammer: No thanks necessary! Just try to stay alive and learn the ropes! Your Goal is 
to Graduate!

She nodded with a grim smile on her face.

Thia Salanora, the beautiful Half Elf in charge of the AAAARRGH HAMMERZ stable, 
greeted Hammer and his new recruit with open arms.

Hammer: Where are my other 4 gladiators?

Thia: You will probably find them down at The Warty Toad Tavern later this evening!

The Veteran Manager nodded his head in agreement with a wry smile.

The three of them ate a light meal together in the Great Dining Hall that was adjacent 
to the AAAARRGH HAMMERZ Training Facility and Stable Quarters, before Thia apprised 
the Veteran Manager of the current state of affairs in the Telo Arena.

Thia: Last cycle there were only 4 Active Managers with their stables; CIXELSID Heroes 
managed by Master Beru, BAD SIGNS managed by Dark Oracle, SORCERER KINGS managed by 
Master Darque and RIFF-RAFF CREW managed by Riff-Raff.

Hammer: What about the Young Swords?

Thia: The last cycle any of the Young Swords were active was cycle 220.

Hammer: Maybe they will return after taking a year off from dueling?

The Veteran Manager was hopeful that one or all of the Young Swords would find their 
way back to Telo Arena. Nemesis, Channel Master, Agent R, Dragon Master and Queen 
Artemis had proven to be worthy competitors

Hammer had not been active in Telo Arena since cycle 183, which was almost 4 years 
ago, when there were 20 active stables; so hopefully, Arena 83 would be restored to 
its former glory!

It was only a matter of time!

The Warty Toad Tavern had seen better days, but the Veteran Manager who was clad in 
his historic Elven Chain Mail under his Long-Hooded Dark-Green Elven War-Cloak, still 
enjoyed meeting here at his customary back table with his rather 'Rusty Guild 
Gladiators', who had not fought in nearly 4 years, but had continued their training 
rituals, or so they said.

However, Thia Salanora confirmed that although the 4 gladiators had continued to go 
through the motions of training, there was still much that remained to be desired.

Hammer: I will give each of you the opportunity to either graduate ... or die trying!

MaTH held her peace, mainly because she had yet to prove her worth in the Telo Arena!

Hi everyone! You've come back once again to me, Ori Starbloom, spy reporter and 
superfan! I've got my quill and parchment ready to write down all the essential news 
from today's arena action. I've also got a nose full of sand from visiting the 
fighting pits. Let's dive into the carnage before the dust settles in my sinuses too 
firmly. 

Ohhhh myyyy stars! Did you see that title match? The reigning champion, Tyr from 
Sorcerer Kings, challenged the always-dashing Charming Kitten of Riff-Raff Crew. It 
was everything you would want from a title fight. Well, it was everything you would 
like if you WERE NOT Chamring Kitten or Riff-Raff. Graceful moves, brutal strikes, and 
a bit of crying from the loser, but it was a two-minute tornado of a bout. 
Congratulations to Tyr for defending the throne. Despite the loss, Charming Kitten is 
to be celebrated too. We will get to that in a moment!

Our most avoided team is Cixelsid Heroes. Teams avoided Beru's crew like an orc 
outhouse! You could almost hear the "Nope!" echo through the arena stands every time 
Bad Signs looked at the matchup list. The teams are close at the top, so we may be 
witnessing the beginning of a trend for months to come.

Our sweet and seasoned feline, Charming Kitten, was the most challenged warrior. CK 
got pounced on by Tyr in the title fight. Let's be honest, if you are the most 
challenged warrior, who better to fight than the Duelmaster? The blow of a loss was 
lessened with an invitation from the Gladiatorial Commission. That's right! Charming 
Kitten is headed to the Isle after the next turn. Congrats to CK for the great honor!
