SPY REPORT
Greetings, warriors of NIANIA! Once again I've been called out of retirement
for my abilities and insights into Spyreporting. Up 'n down. Up 'n down. Rankings
always change. Up 'n down. I think I'm gonna be... Well, MASTERS OF SAND's 2nd
moved them up to 2-0-0 place. What's with EDWARD O'HARE? He actually beat THE
GOLDEN FISH's KORONEDUS, and walked away with 19 more points from the fight. Major
screwup at THE GOLDEN FISH. DOLOVOR lost 10 points to DANGEROUS CRIMINAL. Some new
strategies, perhaps? Maybe DOLOVOR will provide more easy wins... VETERAN MERCENARY
was reminded on the sands why PAUL ATREIDES is Duelmaster. Advice to fighters with a
1 will--give up fighting!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports. The
most avoided team was THE GOLDEN FISH. The bums at TEAM HAVOK couldn't face the
challenges from THE GOLDEN FISH! No excuse for that! What do people see in SCURVY
LAD? His 7-2-0? SEA DOGS ain't talkin', but he's got 81 points. KEY LIME didn't
quite know what to make of a challenge it received from HAND OF HELL of TEAM HAVOK,
who is 20 points below it. HAND OF HELL perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he
was beat by KEY LIME and ended up with 39 recognition points.
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? Sending a warrior to the Dark Arena reminds the others they'd
better shape up. Tough beans, IRON GYPSY. That's what a 8-6-0 gets you. Is it my
imagination, or are fighters getting younger every day? To die so young, so
gloriously!
Many other cities have retirement homes for aged warriors. Any plans here? Are
you as tired of reading this as I am of writing it? Actually, I guess I'm writing it
before you read it. Oh, well. Time for my medication, so I'll leave now. Practice,

*Each manager entering the Stormcrowe Slaughterhouse must submit one (1) Team Roll-Up
Certificate. Only certificates will be accepted for entry. All certificates
submitted will be used during the course of the contest as prizes.
*RU certificates must be received on or before the first turn of the contest which is
Stormcrowe Turn 263 (running approximately December 4, 2007).
RULES and SCORING
Rules and Scoring information for the Slaughterhouse will be posted every turn in the
Stormcrowe newsletter beginning with Turn 260 and in a final all arena ad in
November.
PRIZES
ENDURANCE AWARD: One (1) +1 Bonus Potion will be given to every team that competes
in 60 of the 65 contest fights.
KILL MASTER AWARD: The individual manager with the most kills will receive a Limited
Immortality Potion. This potion may be applied to one (1) warrior. He/she will be
resurrected ONE-TIME if they are killed in Basic D2.
TOP TEAM AWARD: Each manager on the winning team will receive the following prize
pack for their Slaughterhouse Dominance:
*One (1) +1 Bonus Potion
*Favorites Knowledge for one (1) Warrior
*Undisclosed amount of Team RU Certificates
Special note from RSI on prizes: All contest prizes must be used within three
months. All contest prizes may only be used on a living warrior on the participating
contest team in DM 45. The immortality potion may resurrect a warrior one time,
after a death in DM 45 only, after which time the potion disappears.
