Welcome JHELUM. I, Olaf Modeen remember this place well. Many the fights have
I fought here. The celebrations, the disappointments... What's with MIA2? She
actually beat DOGS OF WAR's CHALLON, and walked away with 23 more points from the
fight. Laughs were big at THE WALL while they watched J.A. PINKERTON clobber
MERKAVA. He lost 14 points and got bruised from objects thrown from the stands. Har
har har! Did FOOT BALL wimp out, or just get lazy? Anyway, he's not Duelmaster
anymore. I can barely restrain my enthusiam for BABY BROTHERS' outstanding member,
Duelmaster DIAPERED ZALGOR. Wouldn't it be nice to have live subjects to practice
on? I hear some team is looking into the uses of convicted prisoners.
No matter the time or place, men will always duel. The most avoided team was
THE WALL. Management must be dealin', as the boys at TANKS FOR NOTHIN' ain't
reelin'! THE WALL's mad! What do people see in HANNIBAL? His 18-29-1? DOGS OF WAR
ain't talkin', but he's got 84 points. I hate going to the effort of writing about
the kind of fights that DIAPERED ZALGOR gets in. He fights people like HOWARD, 11
points below. I thought DIAPERED ZALGOR showed great skill and promise when he
overcame HOWARD. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? CHALLON, with his forgettable 11-28-0, was killed by MIA2 in
a forgettable match. DOGS OF WAR didn't seem to mind very much. Tut, tut. How well
I know and share DOGS OF WAR's grief over the loss of CHALLON. How well I know
MIA2's pride at killing a higher-ranked! Many a warrior has met his fate in a
hungover stupor. You young rapscallions, take note!
Who knows what the future holds for a warrior. More fights, there's no doubt.
JHELUM is a nice place to live, but I don't like to live in nice places. Remember--a

I have not been receiving my physical turns in a reliable manner lately. If there
are diplos with the turns that go missing, they're gone for good. So if you send me
