DUELMASTER'S COLUMN
Notes from the arena champ.
I fought Sandy Shore to get to the top and Sandy Shore to stay at the top. I can't
say I would object to continued match-ups as they have been favorable so far, but she
might be getting tired of the repetition. With that in mind, I have decided to offer
up a challenge to Cover Your Mouth. I'm not sure of the wisdom of challenging a
striker, but I have defeated the oddly-named-one before. I am, in fact, more
concerned with giving a team that doesn't seem to value the throne a shot at it. If
he does manage to win, will he uncover his mouth long enough to dictate a column?
Regardless, with variety as my objective, he gets my challenge.
We appear to have some more tourney timers showing up recently as more than 10
teams are now listed in the newsletter! I'd prefer it if they fought larger squads,
but it is still nice to see them in the arena, even if they are servants of the Dark
Power and foreigners. Welcome to all!

SPY REPORT
I was going on vacation, see? Surf, sun... But what do those bums say? "Hit
the road, Debby Tonte. BONSUR needs a spyreport." Oh, well. Like, WASTELAND II had
to be so embarrassed when they got kicked off #1 spot by SENTINELS! Way to go
SENTINELS! The guys at CIRITH UNGOL like really pulled together to get a 1-0-0 this
turn, moving up by 3. MVP award for SLAMMER? AMEN!'s proud of him after beating
BEACH BETTY and getting 23 points. Talk about yer big time losers! ERASMUS got
smashed by MOSES, and lost 5 points! This Duelmaster is like something else!
HUNTSMAN stopped SANDY SHORE dead in hers tracks! I hear the top team insists all
their warriors get nine hours sleep. They want photogenic fighters for PR photos.
I gotta admit I haven't been in "deep con caves" with any spies. Really, I just
wing this stuff. WASTELAND II was the most avoided team. Is a 881-622-30 record
really that scary? I don't know what SENTINELS' been doing. They certainly haven't
been accepting many fights from WASTELAND II, that's fer sher. Like, is ERASMUS
popular, or what? He was challenged the most in all of BONSUR! He's got a 8-7-0, is
that good?
What does a fighter fight for? I mean, the crowds don't give a hoot if someone
gets killed. Not after four more fights. Fight, fight, fight. Is that all you guys
can do?
I really didn't, you know, study when I was a kid. Who would've guessed I'd be
a famous Spyreporter? I know how much you like reading this stuff, but I really
