Notes from the arena champ.
Hello fellow Bonsurians! This moment has been a long time coming, since my days of
youth many years ago. Along the way, I have imparted much wisdom and "blessed" many
a gladiator on the arena sands. Several have come away with a better attitude, if
not a slight headache. Broken bones heal, but defeat, err...I mean faith, lasts
forever. To the children who have been smitten too hard by the power of my sermons,
bless you as well. You are now free. You no longer need to creep around on the
attic floorboards above my chambers and scare the livestock. That means you
Galveston! I don't want to sleep in Moses' room anymore. He talks in his sleep.
Best of luck to all. Please step up to the pulpit. I have many more nuggets of
wisdom to share. Amen!

SPY REPORT
You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to BONSUR once again! Biff! Pow! BONSUR watched with glee as
SENTINELS got knocked off top spot by IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS! Hmmmph! I always
thought CHURCH LADIES was an over-rated team and they proved it with a 1-3-0! Ya
gotta be quick on yer feet! Keep your elbow off the table! Thrust! Block out the
pain! IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS is now ranked 1st with a 4-1-0 turn. Some people say I
ramble too much, I don't say anything relevant. I repeat myself. I ramble. Well
BRUTAL LEGION moved up 1, to 5th. What's with HUNTSMAN? He actually beat BRUTAL
LEGION's FATALITY, and walked away with 28 more points from the fight. Laughs were
big at SENTINELS while they watched HUNTSMAN clobber FATALITY. He lost 20 points and
got bruised from objects thrown from the stands. IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS' hatred of
AMEN! surfaced again as SOLSKJAER challenged BONSUR's top dog. I'm sure BONSUR is
excited about SOLSKJAER, the new Duelmaster from IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS. (remember?)
But when you've seen as many as I have... I suppose you want to hear some rumors and
dirty gossip about your fellow fighters? Tough!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports.
BONSUR thinks SENTINELS and their 190-129-13 is too much! If at first you don't
succeed, give up... In my day, no team with a 189-125-13 would scare me off! What's
the problem, IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS? How well I know the feeling of being the most
challenged warrior, SANDY SHORE! Don't make idle boasts, they may come back to haunt
you. Keep challenging up 31 points, PIRES, and I won't have to write about you much
longer. MOSES always accepts those kind of challenges... PIRES found one way to
advance: challenging MOSES and losing, but getting 9 points. No brain, no pain.
SANDY SHORE didn't quite know what to make of a challenge she received from HENRI of
IMPORTED FOOTBALLERS, who is 19 points below her. HENRI perhaps got his just
desserts, seeing as he subdued SANDY SHORE and ended up with 92 recognition points.
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? Some people in BONSUR think CHURCH LADIES was too harsh when
they sent DEBBIE (3-1-0) to the Dark Arena. Them's the breaks, I say. BLUDGEON of
BRUTAL LEGION got 26 points for removing another young punk. Tough luck, CHURCH
LADIES! Tut, tut. How well I know and share CHURCH LADIES' grief over the loss of
MARGO. How well I know BLUDGEON's pride at killing a higher-ranked! Someone told
MARGO that BRUTAL LEGION never Bloodfeuded, that she'd have an easy kill. Well, I'm
sure whoever misled you is right sorry. Here's some advice: study your opponent,
master many skills, fight dirty.
Many other cities have retirement homes for aged warriors. Any plans here? The
end of another Spyreport! That's cause for celebration in my book! Time for my

The boss has notoriously slow mail, and turn 579 only arrived on the 18th of Jul, but
turn 580 was due on the 16th. Challenges have been made, but the slow mail works
both ways. The team policy is not to downchallenge in recognition, but often the
challenges are based on records from 2 turns prior by the time they get through. --

to STORMCROWE! Join us in DM-45 for the STORMCROWE SLAUGHTERHOUSE II.

*Teams will consist of two (2) managers. No more, no less. Only one team allowed
per manager. Violators will be disqualified from the competition. Old teams and new
teams are welcome to join the competition. Once the contest has begun (TURN 263)
managers MAY NOT exchange teams or partners.
SCORING
In the tradition of the Slaughterhouse, scoring will be simple and straight-forward.
Victory and achievements will be rewarded while defeats will be mocked and ridiculed.

SPECIAL SCORING CONSIDERATIONS
*Fights against teammates garner NO POINTS.
*Fights against Judith's team (Northern Lights), Arena Stand Bys and the Dark Arena
garner NO POINTS (this includes DA kills).
*Tourney participation is allowed (even encouraged), but NO POINTS will be given for
success in those endeavors.
*NO POINTS will be awarded for DM, Popularity Leader, Chartered Recognition Leader,
Top Chartered Team, Stylemasters, Top Unchartered Team, and Unchartered Recognition
Leader. Every effort has been made to insure scoring neither benefits established
teams nor new teams.
ENTRY
Entry into the Stormcrowe Slaughterhouse is easy:
*Find a Partner
*Declare your intentions in the Stormcrowe newsletter to enter before the first turn
of the contest. You may also email or diplo Master Darque.
*Each manager entering the Stormcrowe Slaughterhouse must submit one (1) Team Roll-Up
Certificate. Only certificates will be accepted for entry. All certificates
submitted will be used during the course of the contest as prizes.
PRIZES
*ENDURANCE AWARD: One (1) +1 Bonus Potion will be given to every team that competes
in 60 of the 65 contest fights.
*KILL MASTER AWARD: The individual manager with the most kills will receive a
Limited Immortality Potion. This potion may be applied to one (1) warrior. He/she
will be resurrected ONE-TIME if they are killed in Basic D2.
*TOP TEAM AWARD: Each manager on the winning team will receive the following prize
pack for their Slaughterhouse Dominance:
*One (1) +1 Bonus Potion
*Favorites Knowledge for one (1) Warrior
*Undisclosed amount of Team RU Certificates
Special note from RSI on prizes: All contest prizes must be used within three
months. All contest prizes may only be used on a living warrior on the participating
contest team in DM 45. The immortality potion may resurrect a warrior one time,
after a death in DM 45 only, after which time the potion disappears.
TIE-BREAKERS
In the unlikely event of a tie, pre-contest established tie-breakers will be
consulted to determine a winner. The tie-breaking criteria are known to the
Moderator and RSI. They will not be made public knowledge to avoid any exploitation.
MODERATOR
Master Darque will be serving as Master of Ceremonies for the Slaughterhouse II. As
such, all his decisions are final. Any rules inquiries should be directed to him.
