Notes from the arena champ.
Ah, Moses, we have done this before. It's too bad you didn't have your
"learning hat" on, as I was demonstrating some great stuff, more than you managed to
pick up. Busy night last night? No...probably not. I have always felt that you
elves just didn't know how to properly enjoy the pleasures of the flesh. Poetry
readings? Bah!

P.S. Good gods! The Commission can't SERIOUSLY think I should carry a GREATSWORD
and fight low/moderate? That is INSANE. I won't do it!

SPY REPORT
If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
BONSUR brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. Later days, BEACH BABES, since
SENTINELS took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. Of course, we're
all terribly impressed to see GALVESTON GILLY win a fight and gain 19 points,
terribly. Tsk, tsk, ERASMUS beat PENSACOLITA and PENSACOLITA lost 6 points. You're
breakin' my heart. And it's out with the old, in with the new, as FATALITY takes the
Title and last week's bar tab from the old Duelmaster. Heh, heh. I'm not in a very
good mood today, but why am I telling you this? You want to know what's new, don't
you, BONSUR?
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. WASTELAND II, I suppose you'll be glad to know you
were this turn's most avoided team. Care to know who is the most afraid of you? And
it looks like SENTINELS avoided them the most this turn. What a pack of would be
losers, if you ask me. Hmph. Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, GALVESTON GILLY was
this turn's most challenged warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans.
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for BONSUR's
morgue. More variety. Gee, BRUTAL LEGION, ain't it past due for sending CHAOS Dark
Arena? What took ol' '8-6-0' so long? Hope? Ha ha aha ha! Titanium shields and
bamboo daggers, guess what brave team is developing these kinds of weapons?
There's got to be a better place in BONSUR to get a drink than The Warty Toad!
Any suggestions? Well, I've had enough of this drivel, and I'm sure you have too.

What just happened?! The Beach Babes invite the squad down to the cabana to have a
little party and the entire team is too smashed to show up for the next week's
fights?! How can the entire team oversleep! I don't want to ban the team from the
cabana, but if they can't manage to make it back to the arena sands in time for the
fights, and in a condition to fight, then something may need to be done. The absence
of the Sentinels from last turns duels was not intentional. You'd think future

The time is fast approaching and soon the SLAUGHTERHOUSE 3 will be upon us. 9 teams
(a total of 18 managers) have announced for what promises to be a fierce competition
in DM 45. You still have time to join the fun!
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:
*Find a Partner
*Declare your intentions in the Stormcrowe newsletter to enter before the first turn
of the contest. You may also email or diplo Master Darque.
*Each manager entering the Stormcrowe Slaughterhouse must submit one (1) Team Roll-Up
Certificate. Only certificates will be accepted for entry. All certificates
submitted will be used during the course of the contest as prizes.
*RU certificates must be received on or before the first turn of the contest which is
Stormcrowe Turn 263 (running approximately December 4th, 2007). You may diplo them
to Master Darque or have them shipped directly to him. Email MD for a home address.
RULES and SCORING
Rules and Scoring information for the Slaughterhouse will be posted every turn in the
Stormcrowe newsletter beginning with Turn 260 and in a final all arena ad in
November.
PRIZES
ENDURANCE AWARD: One (1) +1 Bonus Potion will be given to every team that competes
in 60 of the 65 contest fights.
KILL MASTER AWARD: The individual manager with the most kills will receive a Limited
Immortality Potion. This potion may be applied to one (1) warrior. He/she will be
resurrected ONE-TIME if they are killed in Basic D2.
TOP TEAM AWARD: Each manager on the winning team will receive the following prize
pack for their Slaughterhouse Dominance:
*One (1) +1 Bonus Potion
*Favorites Knowledge for one (1) Warrior
*Undisclosed amount of Team RU Certificates
Special note from RSI on prizes: All contest prizes must be used within three
months. All contest prizes may only be used on a living warrior on the participating
contest team in DM 45. The immortality potion may resurrect a warrior one time,
after a death in DM 45 only, after which time the potion disappears.
