Notes from the arena champ.
Well, after many long turns of frustration I finally pulled one out against Nora.
And nice timing it was, as the win puts me on the throne. Perhaps she should not
have offered to assist me in my practice? The smash it seems, can be quite
fortifying.
As for holding onto the top-seat, that is likely to require another match-up against
a Babe. They all have their own special talents. I look forward to both the bout
and the after-fight cabana-bash.

SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly BONSUR games. Former top team BONSUR BABES ROCK was
unseated this week as SENTINELS moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot with a
4-1-0 record for the round. Did only my eyes note the 4-1-0 record which AMEN!
managed to post this round? I don't doubt that such a record will draw challengers!
BETTERTHANEVER caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully
bested PALMETTA PATTY and was awarded 18 points in recognition. In one of the week's
more notable duels, BETTERTHANEVER put down PALMETTA PATTY, causing her to lose 17
points of recognition in the process. Not for nothing has ERASMUS in the past laid
claim to the Duelmaster's throne, and this week he's proven his combat skill yet
again. Would you believe that over half of the old women in BONSUR seem to feel that
they could fight better than you gladiators?
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city BONSUR. BONSUR, city of gladiators! Mighty among the names of thy
guilds is WASTELAND II, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels. If
you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of
SENTINELS last week. Busy avoiding WASTELAND II? Mighty fighters cannot but expect
competition from those below. BONSUR BABE ROCKS take warning! You have more than a
few enemies in BONSUR. A match that raised a few eyebrows at the games this week, it
seems that OLIANDER posted a challenge against the more highly recognized N'ORLEANS
NORA. The results, you ask? Well, the firebrand OLIANDER won victory over N'ORLEANS
NORA. Remember warriors, this is the discipline of steel.
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. My condolences to BONSUR BABES ROCK for
their loss of a very promising warrior, HEFTY HANNAH BABE. HEFTY HANNAH BABE went to
doom before the arms of FRATSFA SLAVE, a warrior of BONSUR. Fate is a fickle
mistress. She showers the miserable with fortune but sets enemies against the
victorious. Remember this!
The girls are as pretty in BONSUR as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! Ahh, but I can hear the spires of a far
