Notes from the arena champ.
This is the curtain call for me. The Lady has designated me Lord Protector, and I
will shortly be on my way to The Isle. Good bye and good luck to all.
I have enjoyed my stay in Arkers, having fine teammates and a great manager.
Mostly, though, I have enjoyed the bi-weekly feasts and the perks of the throne. The
turkey and dressing in Arkers is especially delicious! (And beating a few turkeys is
downright pleasant also. -wink-)
I will leave you with all I know about myself. Perhaps it will aid newcomers to
plan for winning warriors and Duelmasters. Perhaps. (Note: all info excludes this past
fight and notification of faves.)

Welcome ARKERS. I, Olaf Modeen remember this place well. Many the fights have
I fought here. The celebrations, the disappointments... Woof! BORN LOSERS were a
bunch of dogs after SMITHSONIAN got through with 'em! 1st ain't so sweet as 2nd!
What's with WILY GIT? He actually beat HOYT FOUNDATION's SHAWNDO, and walked away
with 23 more points from the fight. Major screwup at HOYT FOUNDATION. SHAWNDO lost
14 points to WILY GIT. Some new strategies, perhaps? Maybe SHAWNDO will provide
more easy wins... Har har har! Did PILGRIM wimp out, or just get lazy? Anyway,
he's not Duelmaster anymore. I'm sure ARKERS is excited about GOLD RUSH, the new
Duelmaster from SMITHSONIAN. (remember?) But when you've seen as many as I have...
I suppose you want to hear some rumors and dirty gossip about your fellow fighters?
Tough!
If at first you don't succeed, avoid. That'll get you in the Spyreports.
ARKERS thinks HOYT FOUNDATION and their 158-154-15 is too much! If at first you
don't succeed, give up... Management must be dealin', as the boys at BLOODY HAND
CLAN ain't reelin'! HOYT FOUNDATION's mad! How well I know the feeling of being the
most challenged warrior, WILY GIT! Don't make idle boasts, they may come back to
haunt you.
A fighter's lot is filled with strife, revenge, and killing. Some fighters
don't accept this. The best do. RADTEEF WAZGRIM larned his lesson (THE LUMBERJACK
taught it well), and we right likely won't be seein' 'im fight any HOYT FOUNDATION
members with the same gusto. Many a warrior has met his fate in a hungover stupor.
You young rapscallions, take note!
Who knows what the future holds for a warrior. More fights, there's no doubt.
Are you as tired of reading this as I am of writing it? Actually, I guess I'm
writing it before you read it. Oh, well. Time for my medication, so I'll leave now.
