SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly ZUKAL games. Former top team THE MONGOLOIDS was
unseated this week as ARENA FELINES moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top spot
with a 2-1-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon THE MONGOLOIDS this
time out who this turn suffered a fall into 7th position in the wake of a 0-0-0
round. Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how
this week RAGE OF ANGELS went 2-0-0 to move up 3 in the rankings. Did only my eyes
note the 3-1-0 record which DARK WARDS managed to post this round? I don't doubt
that such a record will draw challengers! The city has turned out in honor of
ME-OUCH, for with his arena victory he may now lay claim to the highest position in
the city! Informants "close" to the city champion have told me that he never fights
without pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city ZUKAL. My inside sources tell me that the team to beat in ZUKAL these
days is FANGS. At least, most blades in town are looking to avoid them. Methinks
more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part of last
week avoiding FANGS. Indeed it was DARK WARDS. Loose talk at the arena has reached
my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters are after INCISOR.
Watch your back! A match that raised a few eyebrows at the games this week, it seems
that BRUJAH posted a TV challenge against the more highly recognized INCISOR. The
results, you ask? Well, the firebrand BRUJAH won victory over INCISOR. Remember
warriors, this is the discipline of steel. I can not but mention with disdain the
name of SILVER BULLET who this week posted a challenge to a warrior a full 10 points
below in the rankings. I thought SILVER BULLET showed great skill and promise when
he defeated MERE CAT. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! Fate is a fickle mistress. She showers the
miserable with fortune but sets enemies against the victorious. Remember this!
The girls are as pretty in ZUKAL as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
as ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! More than a sharp eye must I keep, indeed
a stout pair of legs must I keep as well! The endless paths of Alastari await me!
