SPY REPORT
Greetings warriors! It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the
clash and bustle of the weekly KOLACT games. Former top team KING NIXON was unseated
this week as SPRINGBORN moved up from 9th ranking to take the top spot with a 4-1-0
record for the round. There were bitter words at DEVIL'S ADVOCATE's guildhouse after
a 2-2-0 showing this week which dropped the stable into 10th. Dark Arena anyone?
Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how this week
SPRINGBORN went 4-1-0 to move up 8 in the rankings. Did only my eyes note the 3-1-0
record which SIR AGLIO managed to post this round? I don't doubt that such a record
will draw challengers! BALIN BOB caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial
commission as he skillfully bested RAPID BLINKER and was awarded 17 points in
recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, FEAR FOOL put down SLIME
GIGGLE, causing him to lose 12 points of recognition in the process. Unwilling to
wait upon the will of others, Duelmaster OJO TANGO Dark Arena Challenged DARK
CHAMPION last week in a match to decide the fate of the throne. Although DARK
CHAMPION made a valiant effort, it did not suffice to topple the reign of victorious
OJO TANGO. Informants "close" to the city champion have told me that he never fights
without pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
Many and various are the arts of battle. In KOLACT "art" is a word that has
long since passed from the language! My inside sources tell me that the team to beat
in KOLACT these days is DEVIL'S ADVOCATE. At least, most blades in town are looking
to avoid them. If you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to
find any of TERRAPIN STATION last week. Busy avoiding DEVIL'S ADVOCATE? Mighty
fighters cannot but expect competition from those below. MRS. O'TOOLE take warning!
You have more than a few enemies in KOLACT. For some warriors honor is not
important--only empty victory. See, gladiators, how SIR INGOMYELIC of SIR AGLIO
challenged down 26 points to VULGAR. The weight of the challenge fell hard upon
VULGAR and predictably he was defeated by SIR INGOMYELIC. This is how to arouse the
anger of an entire guild! THE UPRIGHT MAN must really be harboring a grudge against
the THE MOONDOGS guild! Merciless, 20 challenged down TROJAN ROC points this week to
duel with he. Few would not have guessed the outcome of the bout as TROJAN ROC was
beat by THE UPRIGHT MAN. Is this what passes for courage in KOLACT? As a gladiator
gets older, the icy grip of fear lays hold of its heart. True, BLAME SULTAN? Who
could miss your "brave" challenge of CHANG SING #1? All the city knows the duel went
in favor of BLAME SULTAN. I shall not fail to spread the word in other cities of
this "mighty" victory.
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. Strange what qualities come forth in the
face of certain doom. OJO TANGO has the town astir with the news of his Dark Arena
victory! I must report the passing of QUARTERMASTER, veteran of many duels. 6-6-3
final record His was not illustrious--but death plays no favorites. Cruelly,
DEEMONICA of MEGAWARRIORS has slain the lesser ranked QUARTERMASTER. Word already
flies around town that DARK CREATION plans a bloodfeud! Some say a warrior is judged
by the way he bears arms. One thing is sure, better a dagger in hand then a sword on
the belt!
A thought before I go. Each warrior practices one style, but must not the wise
manager learn the secrets of them all? Ahh, but I can hear the spires of a far off
city calling to me. I must away! Till next we meet remember: a fool flies into a

My family and I are moving from Colorado to Northern Virginia. I may miss a couple
of turns but I'll be back. Also, as I'll be on the East Coast rather than the West
Coast I will attend the Summer FTF in 2005, I will NOT attend the Winter FTF in
Phoenix. I hope to see some of you next year and meet those I've not seen in
