TEAM SPOTLIGHT
Ciric, 10-970, of the Vikings.
This last turn Ciric finally made his way to the Isle of the Eye. Normally a
warrior with a 25-25 record isn't worth noting, but the id number for Ciric helps
tell the tale. He fought his first fight back around 1987. How many warriors take
26 years to graduate? Yet that was the case for Ciric.

A slasher with poor endurance and a strong dislike of decise skills is not
normally a warrior with a long life span. But back in the old days, before his
manager realized the flaws of low endurance slashers (And also didn't know about
burning stats) he managed to kill a warrior on a very bad team. He then parlayed
that kill into a 7-1-2 record based on repeated bloodfeuds. After a 15 year break
from the game, his manager just couldn't make himself send a 7-1 warrior to the night
fights, so he got to keep going, and inched along doing just well enough to stay
alive. The Vikings have become a secondary team that only fights when a couple of
tournament worthies need timing, so for the last 9 years he has picked up fights here
and there as warriors such as Hagar Bluetooth and Jagaborg led the team.
And now, 26 years later, Ciric has finally made it out. He qualifies for his
AARP card, and will be able to put it to good use as he retires on the Isle to enjoy
a well-earned rest.

dropped them by 5 into 9th. Ha! THE MOONDOGS turned their 3-2-0 turn into a 2nd
place rank in the listings this turn. Any better than this, and you get put on hit
lists. ANN OREXIA challenged DEIMOON FARR for KOLACT's Title this turn, and guess
what happened? And if variety is the spice of life, KOLACT may be getting bland, as
ANN OREXIA stays top dog in the city. Don Corleone's, humph! I've tasted better ale
at mortuaries. Where do they get this stuff? From KOLACT's trash dumps?
