You elder fighters surely remember me. The younger ones may call me Olaf
Modeen. I return to ARUAK CITY once again! Biff! Pow! ARUAK CITY watched with
glee as KRILL CAVALRY got knocked off top spot by SKASMONAUTS! You know what they
say about the herd of lions who studied a judge... COLORIFIC moved up 12 places, to
3rd. Some people say I ramble too much, I don't say anything relevant. I repeat
myself. I ramble. Well BULLDOGS moved up 8, to 2nd. What's with ENBALMER? He
actually beat THE HEADCUTTERS II's BONNIE RAITT, and walked away with 44 more points
from the fight. Laughs were big at SNUGGLEBUNNIES while they watched BLOOD MONKEY
clobber RAINSONG. She lost 16 points and got bruised from objects thrown from the
stands. Another fighter (STEEL 11-3-0) challenged another Duelmaster (WALL OF GLASS
26-23-0). Life goes on. Try as it might, STEEL wasn't good enough at persuading
WALL OF GLASS to step down from the Duelmaster's throne... I suppose you want to
hear some rumors and dirty gossip about your fellow fighters? Tough!
No matter the time or place, men will always duel. ARUAK CITY thinks NEVERWAKE
and their 47-49-6 is too much! If at first you don't succeed, give up... The bums
at BULLDOGS couldn't face the challenges from NEVERWAKE! No excuse for that! How
well I know the feeling of being the most challenged warrior, JAZMINE ICE! Don't
make idle boasts, they may come back to haunt you. DJANGO REINHARDT of THE
HEADCUTTERS II knows how to pick 'em. He challenged YELLOW STREAK of COLORIFIC who
is up by 21. Now was this a wise move? DJANGO REINHARDT perhaps got his just
desserts, seeing as he was subdued by YELLOW STREAK and ended up with 11 recognition
points.
Warriors of ARUAK CITY unite. You have only your games to lose! We all knew it
had to happen sooner or later. A warrior can't stick around with a 16-16-0, and
ENBALMER easily took care of BONNIE RAITT. Tut, tut. How well I know and share THE
HEADCUTTERS II's grief over the loss of BONNIE RAITT. How well I know ENBALMER's
pride at killing a higher-ranked! TEDDY RUXPIN larned his lesson (BRANFORD HAWKE
taught it well), and we right likely won't be seein' 'im fight any TUFT TUGGERS
members with the same gusto. Is it my imagination, or are fighters getting younger
every day? To die so young, so gloriously!
Well, I'm pretty much through. You guys need to get back practicing. All work
and no play makes Olaf a dull fighter. Work and play no fighter dull Olaf.

Hammer 500-Hammer Run for the Roll Ups

Niytyole Island DM 33 has dwindled to the point where as of T-482 [duedate
November 3, 2004] there were only 2 active stables listed with 3 inactive stables in
a once thriving and lively regular arena.
During the past 40+ cycles Hammer has been hosting the Hammer Run for the Roll
Ups in DM 33.
Thus far only the Ripper and Slasher categories have produced winners to claim
the 5 New Team Roll Ups Prize for being the first declared Style Master of their
respective categories to graduate.
Every contending stable has gone inactive for one reason or another, including
CASINO HAMMERZ, over the past several months.
Now DM 33 faces the harsh reality that if RSI chooses to close any arenas due to
little or no interest, Niytyole Island could very well head the list of endangered
regular arenas!
In an effort to preserve his beloved island, Hammer is announcing the
continuation of the Hammer Run for the Roll Ups; combined with the Hammer 500 which
will conclude both contests on T-500 [duedate July 13, 2005] should DM 33 continue to
remain open in the coming months.

Island from deletion if RSI and the Gladiatorial Commission decide that more arenas
need to be closed due to lack of participation and interest.
Should this effort fail to spare DM 33 from deletion, then Hammer is prepared to
transfer CASINO HAMMERZ to another arena if Niytyole Island is closed by RSI and the
