Notes from the arena champ.
Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I am so surprised to be here! The best dog in
Aruak City? Nay, the best warrior in Aruak City? I am not really sure I am worthy.
It is a great honor and a great responsibility to be Duelmaster in The Heart And
Soul of Andoria. Health. Humility. Honor. I will do my best to make everyone
proud of the Duelmaster crown for whatever time I can sit on the throne.
As I pen this I truly have no idea what Kennelworth will have me do. I will
certainly challenge, as other warriors deserve a shot at the warrior on top. I do
have a TV; will I use it? Avoid? Of course. Seldom do Consortiumites not avoid.
Maybe I will get a chance to talk to you all again. If so, I will supply all
the Bulldog stats.

SPY REPORT
Greetings, Warriors of ARUAK CITY. Allow this humble servant Novgorodny Vir to
give you a respite from the fights in the form of this Spyreport. LORDS OF CHAOS
after a sorry 0-0-0 might want to consider abandoning the sands and taking up singing
the 'Can't fight no more' blues! Nothing works for a team like victory (How's that
for a perceptive observation?) as KRILL CAVALRY can attest... Say what you will
about blind luck and dirty fighting, but ANIMAL FARM will tell you 942-566-34 is
nothing to laugh at... THE LIVING DEAD had cause to celebrate, after SUPERBEAST got
24 points by beating MONTEZUMA WHIFFLEBAT. Win some, lose some. Speaking of which,
ROCKIE DEE was winsome, after beating BUCKING BRAHMA and seeing him lose 22 points.
The arena was more crowded than usual this time, as KALIDOR THE BOLD faced ARUAK
CITY's Duelmaster. Those who hoped for a new Duelmaster were disappointed by KALIDOR
THE BOLD, of TUFT TUGGERS, who despite a 10-3-0 couldn't overcome ARUAK CITY's Number
1. So who was the warrior seen charging into immovable walls and challenging dead
trees? Someone's got a basic problem...
So much to report, so little time! Like the noble eagle soaring amongst the
mountaintops, so stand the warriors of IMMORTALS, alone and unchallenged. Like a pup
with its tail between its legs, COLORIFIC scurried away from IMMORTALS. Oh, the
shame! Everyone is famous for fifteen minutes, and GLADIUS STARSTRYKE is it right
now. Most challenged warrior. Isn't SCARLET KNIGHTS proud! FRANK ZAPPA challenged
RAINSONG! Who says THE HEADCUTTERS II are just a bunch of wimps! FRANK ZAPPA of THE
HEADCUTTERS II kept his wits as he was bested by RAINSONG.
Is there life after death? Pragmatics (and warriors) know there is death after

Adie -- Hmm, I'm not really experienced with p-lungers but the VC lean towards a
minimum 12 SP it seems. I've had my successes with a 7 or 8 and a 10 SP. I seem to
think if you can get +2 Att and +2 Def it'll match a lunger's key stat areas. It
either needs to learn Att and Def to be an offensive or Par and Def to be a counter
puncher type. Granted they seem to learn little Rip but when you can defend and have
near the Att of a lunger you don't need to learn Rip, just run a higher OE with your
parry tactic. Also if you can find a Dec favorite learn p-lunger you've found
yourself a REAL gem, and I'd try to graduate it regardless of record. Why? Because
maybe you just don't have its faves down, graduate it, get its numbers, then decide
to retire it. Or not. They say the "Red Book" has some hidden clues...it called the
p-lunger the "perhaps most versatile style of the 10." If I remember right. And it
used to dominate arena life for the first 100 turns, except for the TPs (before they
weakened the parry). -- Street Legal
Q.O.W. -- How does 52 count for damage, compared to ST, in your mind? I'll help
clarify what I mean. I have an AB who is 3 ST and 14 SZ and got great damage. Make
it 14 ST and 3 SZ and no way do you get great. I feel it's about each 52 point
equals 2 ST points. So a 10 ST 9 SZ guy would equal a 8 ST 10 SZ guy. Your
thoughts? 1.5, 2, 2.5? Another example 9/21 got tremendous, 21/9...yeah right! --

Managers that have teams already established in Fratsfa need not have (3) three
warriors in the initiates. FE will NOT be a factor. Stables may be entered at any
