Notes from the arena champ.
Back again! Finally got a challenge through and managed to avoid the Cow. Can
I last another turn up here at the top? Or will I lose and drop 50 points and then
have to drown my sorrows at the Bulldog inn? Or even worse, maybe some bloodthirsty
so and so will try to kill me! (Please don't, all you bloodthirsty guys out there).
All these mysteries and more will be solved in the next installment. Hey,
Kennelworth, let me make a small suggestion on your staff at the inn. Hiring
Smimatsu's Mom and Wife as serving girls will NOT help your business. In fact, it
will probably drive most of your business away unless the drinks are REALLY STRONG!
Kitchen staff, maybe, but last time I ate their cooking I went on a 3-4 turn run of
losses. Could be coincidence but I'm not sure....
Speaking of Smimatsu, lost to the Bulldogs again. How pathetic. If you weren't
so close to graduating, I'd tell Froot E. Bowl to kill you off. Then I wouldn't have
to put up with your sister's advances anymore. I mean, seriously, tell her a bath a
week is a good idea. Maybe Silver Hair might be interested. I think he said he's
into smelly, wart-nosed, loud women.

quick fights and little effort, avoid the Cow. If you're a offensive type who can't
dodge at all, please respectfully remember to double-challenge your Duelmaster!

I doubt ARUAK CITY will ever be the same. It seems the training can make the
difference, as BULLDOGS is pushed out of top team by THE ASSEMBLY, who came from 2nd
with a 3-2-1 this turn. THE JOKER'S WILD stable has parlayed this turn's 5-0-1 into
a 4 space move up the rankings. This brings them up to 3rd place. Good work, guys!
And let's see, SYRA SHORTER fought TANGERINE TURTLE and gained 18 points and
contributed to OLIVA GALVARIUS' 1-1-0. TANGERINE TURTLE has lost to SYRA SHORTER,
falling 15 points, while helping make ANIMAL FARM a 1-2-0 turn. Well done, ARUAK
CITY, the Duelmaster was this turn's most challenged warrior. Perhaps PARAGON is not
as thrilled, being challenged 6 times. SLARTIBARTFAST challenged for the
Duelmastership this turn, attempting to dethrone THE ASSEMBLY's warrior. And all
eyes were on SLARTIBARTFAST this turn as he ascended to the throne of Duelmaster.
ARUAK CITY has a new victor! By the way, was that our Duelmaster that I saw last
night, cramped under the table at The Victory Tavern?
Oriental wise man once say, 'Hiding behind shields prevents proper sun tanning.'
Inscrutable, but true. I also notice that the THE ASSEMBLY stable was the most
avoided team this turn. Come on ARUAK CITY, what are you afraid of? And avoiding
THE ASSEMBLY more than any other team we find COLORIFIC. ARUAK CITY, are we going to
accept, or respect this sort of thing?
