Notes from the arena champ.
Hi all. It is me, your friendly, but highly dangerous Duelmaster, reporting in
after squeezing out my second Duelmaster Title. I wish I had better news to bring
you from Orlando as I stunk the place up (But got a few people sick in the process!
Yeah!) with a 1-3. I lost to Willow (LU), Pepp (AB) the eventual TC, and Equity
Talent (ST) while only defeating Brandon (ST) in Adepts.
I guess I should salute Aruak City's Ebony Eye of Colorific, who upstaged me, as
the Runner Up in Initiates. She went 13-3 and then won a grudge match for 14-3. I
just cannot get into liking those "Proud Colorifics" though, especially with their
loudmouthed manager, Purple People Eater.
Well, you had better challenge me quickly; I will not be in this arena much
longer unless I abdicate and wait it out for more tournaments. Shall I?

SPY REPORT
I can't believe the violence in ARUAK CITY! I still haven't told Mom I'm
writing Spyreports. She'd have a cow! Well, here we go... Like, BULLDOGS had to be
so embarrassed when they got kicked off #1 spot by CHAOS CARNIVAL! Way to go CHAOS
CARNIVAL! Uncool, BORN LOSERS. I mean 0-2-0 is bad. Will they will be allowed to
fight? I say use 'em for training practice! The guys at THE VULGARIANS like really
pulled together to get a 5-0-0 this turn, moving up by 7. Cut this out and put it in
your scrapbooks, COLORIFIC! 'Cause they got 4-0-0 and moved up to 8th! MVP award
for TICKLE ME TIGER? FURRY FURY's proud of her after beating ROYAL BLUSH and getting
38 points. Talk about yer major upsets! D'ENDRRAH's match with FUSCHSIA FROG cost
her a loss of 20 points! This Duelmaster is like something else! MAD COW DISEASE
stopped HONEY BOO BOO dead in hers tracks! I hear the top team insists all their
warriors get nine hours sleep. They want photogenic fighters for PR photos.
So just why would someone becomes a warrior anyway? It can't be for these
really neat Spyreports can it? WRATHMEN DM 20 was ARUAK CITY's most avoided team.
Is there some award for that? Hhmph! What kind of warriors are BULLDOGS? WRATHMEN
DM 20, an easy team to beat if I ever saw one, can't get them to accept an
invitation! Can BULLDOGS' PURPLE POODLE be more popular than me? He was challenged
the most, but is that really the same?
What does a fighter fight for? I mean, the crowds don't give a hoot if someone
gets killed. Not after four more fights. TICKLE ME TIGER of FURRY FURY wasn't
planning on killing ROYAL BLUSH, I bet. Now she has to worry about being
Bloodfeuded, and getting put on lists... Hey you guys, don't you think your families
would like to hear from you? Write! (Or have someone write for you.)
Remember, blood on a purple robe may stain. Soak it in cold water, and hand
wash. I know how much you like reading this stuff, but I really should stop. I had

scimitar! Intricately carved ivory hilt depicting souls swirling towards Ahringol,
represented by the blood colored ruby setting, inlaid with platinum. The blade
pristine and sharpened to a razor edge. You had the gall to make me drop my
beautiful scimitar to that filthy arena floor and make me use that nasty, rusty
hatchet my manager insisted I take out with me. Well if you ask me, you got your
just desserts for that one you cold hearted viper! Who knew I'd be that much faster
with that crummy old thing, or that much deadlier? One more battle for me and I go
back to my lofty perch in the Shrine and the adoration of all my worshipers. Perhaps

For anyone interested: Keisha is a 9(2)-11-7-17-17-8-17 PR. Master in riposte (+2),
AdEx in attack, Master in parry, and an AdEx in defense (+2). Is naturally adept
with the SC, VL/VL rhythm, and tends to focus on parry skills. Never ran that
rhythm. She performed quite well running LO/MO and later on opening with LO/H.
