What a Holiday gift!!!
Everyone is happy! All the arena warriors think--no more scum clogging the top.
Kennelworth thinks--maybe I can get a real warrior? The Consortium thinks--that's
number 977. My teammates think--now, maybe I can win the title? I think--fie on
everyone! No really, I mean, God bless us everyone.
I started as a mode burner 10-15-16-6-19-8-10 great endu/great damage TP. I am
now a studded 13-18-16-9-21-9-11 tremendous/great Scum. I may be a BIG poodle, but I
can sure suck up those hit points. Listen to that vacuum roar!
There was a naming error at my birth. I guess I fit somewhat a Bulldog mode,
but my name seems like more of one those Animal Farm critters would use. I think The
Commission, Kennelworth, and his friend, Mino, got their signals crossed. But, I now
love it; I accept it, and I have made it famous. I go away proud.

SPY REPORT
If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
ARUAK CITY brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. Later days, BULLDOGS, since
COLORIFIC took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. Now keep the
taverns open late tonight, for there are sorrows to drown for BLUE STEEL, whose 1-1-0
this turn dropped them by 5 into 9th. Ha! Of course, we're all terribly impressed
to see FUSCHSIA FROG win a fight and gain 13 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk, KUNG-FU
MASTER beat DOGGY BAG and DOGGY BAG lost 25 points. You're breakin' my heart. The
Duelmaster's Dead! Long live the Duelmaster! Ha! KONANN CEE has killed PURPLE
POODLE in the Title bout, and this bout ain't over yet! Kickbacks and bribes,
kickbacks and bribes, how else do you think some of these guys win their fights?
Skill? Ha!
Well, let's take a look at some more misdeeds of you miserable sword-boys.
ARUAK CITY, I am losing what little hope I had in you. NICK JR. the most avoided
team? What insult will suffice, I cannot say. And it looks like ANIMAL FARM avoided
them the most this turn. What a pack of would be losers, if you ask me. Hmph.
SMARG DARKBLADE was challenged more times this turn than the Duelmaster. Now was the
DM insulted or feared? Heh, heh.
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for ARUAK CITY's
morgue. More variety. It's about time VIOLET VIPER got beat for picking on warriors
like MARAG. Bravo, BLUE STEEL. See you at The Victory Tavern. Honor is like a
chainmail shirt, it only shines through use. Certain nameless cowards will doubtless
rebuke me on this one.
What does the ARUAK CITY arena have in common with the inns? It's just as
comfortable to sleep in either place. Ha ha ha ha! Phlllt! Just had to do that
before I leave the fine city of ARUAK CITY. I feel much better now. Paste this one

All -- Probably my worst turn in this arena, if not the game! Not only did my team
go 0-5, but my rising star was killed! My sweet Dilith, my WS who could fight with
both hands, had good endurance, and was already an expert in attack. She will be
sorely missed.
To make matters even worse, all I heard were complaints from the rest of the team!
Misery likes company, so I thought I'd give a sample of what I have to put up with...
HZIULQUOIGMNZHAH fight... "What kind of a name is that? I was trying to pronounce it
when he whacked me (3 times in a row!). He hits real hard for a short guy. They
need to ring the bell louder or something!" -- from Wootz (I hate excuses!)
DOGGY BAG fight... "He actually barked! Aam nae makin' onie excuses ur anythin', but
he threw mw aff mah gam." -- from Marag (I hate excuses!)
FRANKLIN fight... "Trim, I have no excuse. I just was not prepared for this guy.
I'll really try harder next time." -- from Annael (He gave the only real honest
response IMHO. This guy has potential!)
RIN TIN TIN fight... "He looked nothing like the Rinty I knew! He towered over me
and then there was this barking from one of his team mates! Not sure who, but Marag
thought she had an idea. Well, I really tried and I even got a hit on him." -- from
Radion (He was right, his one hit was the ONLY hit of all four of them! Does all
training go out the window in the real fight? They will all get some hard training
this next week!)
VIOLET VIPER fight... Violet actually laughed as Dilith slowly sank into the sands, a
despairing look in her eyes, as she died. Vipers don't belong on farms, they should
be crushed under foot!
Now, to pick up the pieces and see about recruiting a replacement. Not pleased with
what I was given by the commission... yes, that complaining is catchy! Grrr. --
