Notes from the Duelmaster -- I see my buddy Ironstorm killed my buddy Robespierre.
(it's tough being a buddy of mine) Annnd enough of this ditherwhimsey. So, to those
who say it's an abomination having a parry riposter for a Duelmaster, pay heed. Last
count the rippers were on the rise, numbers wise, so this unique event could simply
be a fore-tasting of a fore-telling of things to come. Thennnn, of course, maybe not
(we are a fragile style after all) but there's high hopes. Hiiiigh apple-pie in the

SPY REPORT
Hail RIZTAB! Warriors of the arena, prepare to be praised and blamed for your
deeds. ICE AGE stable has parlayed this turn's 3-2-0 into a 3 space move up the
rankings. This brings them up to 8th place. Good work, guys! And let's see, DEXTER
fought HURRICANE and gained 26 points and contributed to HIGH JINKS' 3-2-0.
HURRICANE has lost to DEXTER, falling 31 points, while helping make STEEL THUNDER a
2-3-0 turn. Well done, RIZTAB, the Duelmaster was this turn's most challenged
warrior. Perhaps KRANKYKARL is not as thrilled, being challenged 4 times. HUME
challenged for the Duelmastership this turn, attempting to dethrone HIGH JINKS'
warrior. We should ask HUME about the thrill of victory, and what being the new
Duelmaster does for a warrior, he's now the one to ask. Tell me, is nothing sacred?
I have heard from unimpeachable sources that The Dripping Blade uses trolls in their
stew. Talk about gristle!
The crowd's roar, the smell of iron and leather, mixed with sweat, what more
could a warrior ask of life? Well, besides that. DREAMERS has cause to stand tall,
as they were RIZTAB's most avoided team. A smart manager knows this is a team to
beat. And guess who avoided DREAMERS stable the most? Believe it or not, it was
STEEL THUNDER. Anyone surprised? In a brave attempt, SPECTRE from THE UNDEAD
challenged up 20 points to fight SISTER Q from the CULTS-R-US stable. SPECTRE
perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he lost to SISTER Q and ended up with 14
recognition points.
A coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man only once. Wise men know this to
be true. A brave warrior does not carry a red shield, he has nothing to cover or
hide when the fight is over. Consider well.
