Notes from the arena champ.
I just figured there have been some misunderstanding 'bout myself I need clear up!
Just because I look like giant orange rock doesn't mean I not nice guy. Just think
about it momentarily I have yet to really make any attack against my opponents; now
catch me at the Gold Dragon Inn after a few ales and try and mess with me then I
might rock you; but I not a bad guy.
Through masterful planning of my manager and some sacrifice of teammates I get a shot
at the title last turn. And it worked. I must thank my manager and stable for such
brilliant strategy to get me here where I plan to sit for a LOOOOONG time. Come get
some, thank you fine Tobir, and good night now!

Well, what are you looking at, TOBIR? Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens
before? Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. Of course, we're all terribly impressed
to see RICK JONES win a fight and gain 19 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk, RICK JONES
beat ANGRY SHEW and ANGRY SHEW lost 14 points. You're breakin' my heart. Due to
absence, and inability to defend the throne, THE THING has lost the Title of
Duelmaster. Start setting that alarm earlier! And it's out with the old, in with
the new, as SCARBOROUGH takes the Title and last week's bar tab from the old
Duelmaster. Heh, heh. I'm not in a very good mood today, but why am I telling you
this? You want to know what's new, don't you, TOBIR?
My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start
talking.' I loved that woman. What's the big D? THE DEATH SQUAD was the most
avoided team? Bunch of lily livered... grumble... mumble... curse... And who led
the way in this mass act of cowardice? Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was FRAG
'EM ALL!. Ha ha ha ha! Ooh, I'm frightfully impressed, RICK JONES was this turn's
most challenged warrior. Watch that ego swell, sports fans.
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. Titanium shields and bamboo daggers, guess
what brave team is developing these kinds of weapons?
There's got to be a better place in TOBIR to get a drink than The Deeproot Inn!

Hammer 500-Hammer Run for the Roll Ups
Hosted by Hammer
Niytyole Island DM 33 has dwindled to the point where as of T-482 [duedate
November 3, 2004] there were only 2 active stables listed with 3 inactive stables in
a once thriving and lively regular arena.
During the past 40+ cycles Hammer has been hosting the Hammer Run for the Roll
Ups in DM 33.
Thus far only the Ripper and Slasher categories have produced winners to claim
the 5 New Team Roll Ups Prize for being the first declared Style Master of their
respective categories to graduate.
Every contending stable has gone inactive for one reason or another, including
CASINO HAMMERZ, over the past several months.
Now DM 33 faces the harsh reality that if RSI chooses to close any arenas due to
little or no interest, Niytyole Island could very well head the list of endangered
regular arenas!
In an effort to preserve his beloved island, Hammer is announcing the
continuation of the Hammer Run for the Roll Ups; combined with the Hammer 500 which
will conclude both contests on T-500 [duedate July 13, 2005] should DM 33 continue to
remain open in the coming months.

The Hammer Run is for 0 FE Basic Arena Warriors ONLY. Participants MUST Be
Declared in the P-ads On or Before their First DM 33 Basic Arena Fight to Qualify as

Should this effort fail to spare DM 33 from deletion, then Hammer is prepared to
