SPY REPORT
Hail and well met warriors of WILLAF! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp Eyes,
Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team SHROUD IN MYSTERY was
unseated this week as GOLDEN GLADIATORS moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top
spot with a 3-2-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon PANDORA'S CARDS
this time out who this turn suffered a fall into 10th position in the wake of a 0-0-0
round. Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how
this week NOBLE ON FIRE went 5-0-0 to move up 6 in the rankings. BRAEL-LWE caught
the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested HUSAM AL DIN
and was awarded 17 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels,
BART put down SADIGH FURY, causing him to lose 16 points of recognition in the
process. Would you believe that over half of the old women in WILLAF seem to feel
that they could fight better than you gladiators?
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city WILLAF. WILLAF, city of gladiators! Mighty among the names of thy
guilds is GOLDEN GLADIATORS, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.
Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part
of last week avoiding GOLDEN GLADIATORS. Indeed it was THE WICKED. Loose talk at
the arena has reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge that many fighters
are after SULLY. Watch your back! I can not but mention with disdain the name of
GOOD AS GOLD who this week posted a challenge to a warrior a full 14 points below in
the rankings. I thought GOOD AS GOLD showed great skill and promise when it defeated
NISHIME. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! Dark alleys may hide both secrets and assassins.
In the arena there is only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
The girls are as pretty in WILLAF as ever I remembered them....and the fighters
