Hail and well met warriors of WILLAF! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp Eyes,
Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team PUNNY AMINALS was unseated
this week as NOBLE ON FIRE moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top spot with a
3-1-0 record for the round. Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the
corner! Witness how this week MAXIMUM RESULTS went 1-2-0 to move up 3 in the
rankings. Did only my eyes note the 3-1-0 record which NOBLE ON FIRE managed to post
this round? I don't doubt that such a record will draw challengers! KILDILLI DALL
caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as she skillfully bested IN MY
BENZ and was awarded 19 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable
duels, KILDILLI DALL put down IN MY BENZ, causing him to lose 16 points of
recognition in the process. The city has turned out in honor of AXE EM BOUT ME!, for
with his arena victory he may now lay claim to the highest position in the city!
Would you believe that over half of the old women in WILLAF seem to feel that they
could fight better than you gladiators?
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city WILLAF. WILLAF, city of gladiators! Mighty among the names of thy
guilds is MAXIMUM RESULTS, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.
Apparently the stalwarts of GOLDEN GLADIATORS are catching the bulk of jests down at
the challenging board for their large share of the avoids.
What warrior does not hone his years, impatiently waiting for the moment of his
foe's mortality? Dark alleys may hide both secrets and assassins. In the arena
there is only the brightness of steel. Keep vigil always!
