Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team INANIMATE TOFU was
unseated this week as MAD SCIENTISTS moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top spot
with a 2-3-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon WOMB OF HORRORS this
time out who this turn suffered a fall into 15th position in the wake of a 0-1-0
round. Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how
this week STORM SHADOWS went 2-0-0 to move up 4 in the rankings. Did only my eyes
note the 3-1-1 record which OF WOLF AND MAN 9 managed to post this round? I don't
doubt that such a record will draw challengers! SHOT OF BOURBON caught the eye of
many in the gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested QUEEN CONCH and was
awarded 21 points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, BLACK
SPOT put down COSMIC AMBUSH, causing him to lose 18 points of recognition in the
process. Unwilling to wait upon the will of others, Duelmaster IRON FURY Dark Arena
Challenged AVENGING ZILTHORN last week in a match to decide the fate of the throne.
Not for nothing has IRON FURY in the past laid claim to the Duelmaster's throne, and
this week he's proven his combat skill yet again. Informants "close" to the city
champion have told me that he never fights without pantyhose on beneath his armor.

I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. I saw one fighter that warriors
avoided when this week's challenge seeking began. INANIMATE TOFU is feared. This
much I can say. Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent
the better part of last week avoiding INANIMATE TOFU. Indeed it was THE EMERALD
ISLES. Loose talk at the arena has reached my ears and it but confirms the knowledge
that many fighters are after LADY LIGHTYEAR. Watch your back!
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. IRON FURY has sworn to take up religion
upon living to tell of his recent bout with the Dark Arena horrors. A rare thing
indeed! Strange what qualities come forth in the face of certain doom. DETHAN has
the town astir with the news of his Dark Arena victory! Cruelly, DEADEYE of SEA DOGS
has slain the lesser ranked ARCFLASH. Word already flies around town that THUNDR +
LITENING plans a bloodfeud! Some say a warrior is judged by the way he bears arms.
One thing is sure, better a dagger in hand then a sword on the belt!
If it were not for my skills as a spy I would have been mugged three times
already in TALCAMA. Nice atmosphere you have here! Sadly warriors, now longer can I
keep thy company nor savor the ale of thy fine city. Depart I must and soon! Till
