Welcome TALCAMA. I, Olaf Modeen remember this place well. Many the fights have
I fought here. The celebrations, the disappointments... Bein' on top is great while
it lasts, BIG MEAN FISH. But how many friends do you have now? Hmmmph! I always
thought HELLBOURNE was an over-rated team and they proved it with a 0-0-0! Ya gotta
be quick on yer feet! Keep your elbow off the table! Thrust! Block out the pain!
WIZARDGUARD is now ranked 7th with a 5-0-1 turn. What's with PIGSTICKER? He
actually beat ARROGANCE's HOFFA, and walked away with 17 more points from the fight.
Laughs were big at OF WOLF AND MAN while they watched DRARR clobber ZEBRA SOLE. It
lost 10 points and got bruised from objects thrown from the stands. Another fighter
(MR. DUTCH CRUNCH 20-7-0) challenged another Duelmaster (THE PHILANDERER 17-13-1).
Life goes on. I'm sure TALCAMA is excited about MR. DUTCH CRUNCH, the new Duelmaster
from WASTELAND. (remember?) But when you've seen as many as I have... I suppose
you want to hear some rumors and dirty gossip about your fellow fighters? Tough!
Speaking of cowardly avoiders and unfair challenges... TALCAMA thinks WASTELAND
and their 711-653-43 is too much! If at first you don't succeed, give up... In my
day, no team with a 710-651-43 would scare me off! What's the problem, BIG MEAN
FISH? What do people see in HOFFA? His 10-67-0? ARROGANCE ain't talkin', but he's
got 97 points. Keep challenging up 26 points, THE VOYEUR, and I won't have to write
about you much longer. MISSION VAO always accepts those kind of challenges... I
don't get it. THE VOYEUR goes and challenges MISSION VAO, way above him, but gets 2
points after he loses! Is this a new strategy? OAKLAND FU didn't quite know what to
make of a challenge it received from THE LUNATIC of IMPURE THOUGHTS, who is 18 points
below it. THE LUNATIC perhaps got his just desserts, seeing as he was bested by
OAKLAND FU and ended up with 7 recognition points. I hate going to the effort of
writing about the kind of fights that VOLITAN LIONFISH gets in. He fights people
like THE CLOSER, 14 points below. I thought VOLITAN LIONFISH showed great skill and
promise when he was bested by THE CLOSER. All right, so I slept through it! Big
deal!
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? We all knew it had to happen sooner or later. A warrior can't
stick around with a 5-5-0, and MANAGER easily took care of HEX. 20 NPCS, PLEASE was
plum wore out after MIDNIGHT pounded 'im silly in a Bloodfeud. CENTER FOR OLDS'll
have to get a little better before going after MIDNIGHT again! How long have I been
here? I got people to see, places to go...
Who knows what the future holds for a warrior. More fights, there's no doubt.
TALCAMA is a nice place to live, but I don't like to live in nice places. I don't

RSI is now taking rollups for a slow version of the No-Tournament arena. Send your
rollup to RSI listing the arena as "Slow No Tournament". Sign and send in the
following pledge:
* I pledge that I will not send warriors from this team to a Tournament, nor will I
use a Tournament prize on a warrior from this team.
* I pledge to run a full team when I run turns in this arena. If circumstances
preclude my running less than a full team I will notify the Player Committee.
* I agree to abide by the decisions of the Player Committee.
* I understand that any warrior that participates in a Tournament shall be sent to
the Dark Arena until they are dead.
* I understand that any warrior that receives a Tournament prize shall be send to the
Dark Arena until they are dead.
The following are the rules for joining this No-Tournament arena
