Notes from the arena champ.
Well, it has been awhile since I have slashed my way across these sands. It
would figure I get my weapon broke first time out, with no back up. Certainly it was
a jest by the gods, as it was a Suave warrior I faced and no weapon was r <rejected
by hal> Seriously though, you should all be busy writing me thank you notes for
infusing some credibility and class into this stink-hole. At least the stench isn't
quite as bad as it used to be here. Might correlate to the absence of Doc Steele and
Assur, perhaps the heavy yoke of mediocrity became too much to bear. One can only
assume.
I cannot promise to keep this arena relevant with my presence forever, but
mayhap for a few turns the rest of you failures can be witness to something
wonderful.

SPY REPORT
Greetings, warriors of TALCAMA! Once again I've been called out of retirement
for my abilities and insights into Spyreporting. Phhbltt! Too much drinking and too
little dodging gave CENTER FOR OLDS a 0-0-0! I got a good laugh out of it! Ya gotta
be quick on yer feet! Keep your elbow off the table! Thrust! Block out the pain!
HIP HOP HEROES is now ranked 4th with a 3-2-0 turn. What's with FRANCIS DOLARHYDE?
He actually beat IMPURE THOUGHTS' THE CATHOLIC PRIEST, and walked away with 21 more
points from the fight. Major screwup at HELP WANTED. GAYLAN OSBORNE lost 14 points
to ROWDY RODDY. Some new strategies, perhaps? Maybe GAYLAN OSBORNE will provide
more easy wins... I can barely restrain my enthusiam for FISHY FISHY FISH's
outstanding member, Duelmaster SUSHI HANGOVER. Advice to fighters with a 1
will--give up fighting!
No matter the time or place, men will always duel. The most avoided team was
FISHY FISHY FISH. In my day, no team with a 5-0-0 would scare me off! What's the
problem, HELP WANTED? What do people see in GOON 3? His 3-10-0? GOON SQUAD ain't
talkin', but he's got 27 points.
There have been some calls to lengthen the time limit. Do you want the fighters
to walk away, or not? SPOONIE G, with his forgettable 15-25-1, was dealt death by
INZO in a forgettable match. HIP HOP HEROES didn't seem to mind very much. LOWELL
HALE of HELP WANTED got 9 points for removing another young punk. Tough luck, HIP
HOP HEROES! Yeah, yeah, FRANCIS DOLARHYDE killed THE CATHOLIC PRIEST, who was "too
young to die." Well, he was a fighter, and that's what you have to face. LOWELL
HALE had a sure-fire victory when he challenged DA1, 30 points below him. Was anyone
really surprised when DA1 bit it? How long have I been here? I got people to see,
places to go...
Who knows what the future holds for a warrior. More fights, there's no doubt.
TALCAMA is a nice place to live, but I don't like to live in nice places.
