Notes from the arena champ.
One more win and I get a big prize. I must thank the people over at The
Enquirer for the support. I've gotten a two year subscription for free. I guess
they were able to leverage last week's special edition covering my hair loss into
some big ad money from hair care products. So thanks for the subscription, the win,
and most importantly, the PPs.
I believe Assur has decided to run interference and have my housemate, teammate,
and fellow basher challenge Grizz, the ugly undefeated striker. I'm not sure if that
shows a lack of confidence in my abilities or whether he just prefers the easiest
possible road.
Hopefully I can retain the throne one more turn and put my name in the record
books. Assur has pretty much told me that it is highly likely I'll be retiring after
my graduation.

SPY REPORT
Hail and well met warriors of ZUWAYZA! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp
Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Fortune did not smile upon MAN OR
BEAST? this time out who this turn suffered a fall into 5th position in the wake of a
0-0-0 round. HEMLOCK caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial commission as it
skillfully bested DUALOPOLY and was awarded 31 points in recognition. In one of the
week's more notable duels, FREE PARKING put down MILK IS OUT, causing him to lose 18
points of recognition in the process. Although GRIZZ GRIMHULT made a valiant effort,
it did not suffice to topple the reign of victorious HAIR IN SINK. Heed this! A
seer has warned that if exactly 6 die in duels this week, the whole city shall
perish! Just remember...5 or 7!
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city ZUWAYZA. I saw one fighter that warriors avoided when this week's
challenge seeking began. THE MAGNIFICENT MAGS is feared. This much I can say. If
you didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of BASH BRO
HOUSEMATE last week. Busy avoiding THE MAGNIFICENT MAGS? Mighty fighters cannot but
expect competition from those below. GRIZZ GRIMHULT take warning! You have more
than a few enemies in ZUWAYZA.
Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser? Warriors, may this counselor stand
ready at your right hand forever! The warrior's path is harsh. For mediocrity there
is but one reward--death. This past week DUALOPOLY, at 7-6-0, departed ZUWAYZA
forever. This week in mortal passion HEMLOCK let the blood of DUALOPOLY, sending one
more soul into the void. Retribution by MONOPOLY seems inevitable! Fate is a fickle
mistress. She showers the miserable with fortune but sets enemies against the
victorious. Remember this!
If it were not for my skills as a spy I would have been mugged three times
already in ZUWAYZA. Nice atmosphere you have here! Sadly warriors, now longer can I

VH Offensive Effort and am not surprised by the bash tactic. He was the reason for
opening this team a year ago and he looked much better when he was potentially +14.
While he is still potentially +10, 8 of that is on defense and parry. With the
faves, he goes to retirement. He is another example of an under performing basher
