Notes from the arena champ.
Zuwayza! I am honored to sit on the throne of such a historic arnea! It is a
proud arena with a great history and so I am humbled to claim this seat.
But sadly, I have also been informed that I am not to have the honor of
defending my throne. In what is likely a first for a Nomad warrior, I will have to
sit out despite holding the arenas highest honor. For I am primarily a tourney
warrior and my last fight landed me squarely at 20FE. As such I will now sit out
until either the summer or fall tournaments. I can't say I am pleased about it, but
it is beyond my control.
Sadly, it also means the end of the Stampede's run here as well, at least for
now. Perhaps someday we shall return and Flamberge, Izmir and I can resume our march
towards the Isle. In the meantime--I hope the rest of you can continue to carry the
forward the honorable name of Zuwayza!

If you were disturbed from your beauty rest only to have to watch a bunch of
ZUWAYZA brutes like you, you'd be grouchy, too. ZUWAYZA saw the first turn for FROM
THE SHADOW, a 5-0-0, and some teams are scared, others are too arrogant to notice.
Take note friends, take note. Of course, we're all terribly impressed to see THIMBLE
win a fight and gain 26 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk, BEETLE BAILEY beat FARMERS
ALMANAC and FARMERS ALMANAC lost 17 points. You're breakin' my heart. Due to
absence, and inability to defend the throne, GRIZZ GRIMHULT has lost the Title of
Duelmaster. Start setting that alarm earlier! And it's out with the old, in with
the new, as SHORTLINE takes the Title and last week's bar tab from the old
Duelmaster. Heh, heh. I'm not in a very good mood today, but why am I telling you
this? You want to know what's new, don't you, ZUWAYZA?
Well, let's take a look at some more misdeeds of you miserable sword-boys.
Ah, now we come to my favorite part, where we see all the guys who are dead and
gone, and get to see if their team cared. We're all going to die in the end, so why
worry if the fate catches up with you sooner that later?
