Notes from the arena champ.
Greetings Seamians... Seamites... you know who and what you are!
Since the first two bums to occupy this spot did not feel the need to address the
masses, it is obvious this place needed a lady's touch. It is grand to sit in the
best seat in the house, and I look forward to this cycle's fights. I hope that I can
be better than my predecessors in one respect, which is to be here a second time!
There isn't really much to say yet. With only three turns in the history books, there
is still a lot of story to be written. One throne does not a champion make, so
hopefully I am here next turn and can come up with some more pithy saying to share
with you.

SPY REPORT
How did a sweet, beautiful lady such as yourself get into the journalism
business? This is a question people ask me often. I tell them to mind their
business because I report the stories and never become the story! Welcome back to
Seam for turn 4 action. Let's look at the turn and all the exciting changes that have
taken place!
House of Pain jumps to the front of the pack with a 5-0-0 turn. Big Lake Justify
falls to 2nd place after a 2-3 turn. Otis the Drunk stumbles up 11 places from 15th
to 4th. The Mentors drop 14 spots to 18th after coming up short with a 1-4 turn. We
also want to welcome two new teams to the fold--Nature Made and Pixelblenders. We
hope your stay is long and prosperous! Where did everyone else go? Seven (7) missing
teams?!?
Lady Songsteel becomes the first repeat Duelmaster. She was able to hold off the
strong advances of Tickle Me Elmo. Lady Songsteel along with Sweet Tooth Jones also
become Seam's first Style Masters. If spectators and opponents were unsure of
Songsteel and Jones' preferred fighting styles, their secrets are now out. Will Lady
Songsteel ask to put Sweet Tooth Jones and Bagheera on her dance card or will one
those wily challengers make the first move?
DeGotti must be proud! He was the most avoided for the second turn in a row.
Chuck's Pinups decided Bourne of Hate was too much for them to face this turn. The
golems are not being very forthcoming with the most challenged warrior this turn. I
need to get a Commission wizard to look at these things. They are too moody for
automatons!
It wasn't a particularly deadly turn. Nine (9) warriors went off to meet
Ahringol, god of the dead. The Dark Arena was active and responsible for seven (7) of
those deaths. Liquify of Pixelblenders says goodbye on his first fight as Twisted
Asylum adds another kill to their total. Jackie-Boy has been with us since the arena
opening, but he departs at 1-3. There were five blood feud attempts this turn, but
the feuders did not fare so well. Virgo of Twisted Asylum was the only warrior to
bring justice to his teammates slayer as he defeated Thor from Deities and Demigods.
Better luck to the avengers next turn.
