Ah, shaddup and listen to my news. Later days, I'M NOT EGGBERT, since PHANTOM
REGIMENT took top team from you this turn, you guys are old news. Now keep the
taverns open late tonight, for there are sorrows to drown for WEIRDING WAYS, whose
0-0-0 this turn dropped them by 6 into 12th. Ha! 80S FANTASY turned their 2-3-1
turn into a 4th place rank in the listings this turn. Any better than this, and you
get put on hit lists. Now let's all watch THIRSTY THUGS' heads swell from their
4-1-0 this turn. Haa ha ha ha! Big shots, big talk, big deal. Of course, we're all
terribly impressed to see INVERT win a fight and gain 23 points, terribly. Tsk, tsk,
INVERT beat POLLUX LYNXEAR and POLLUX LYNXEAR lost 18 points. You're breakin' my
heart. RASTERIZE challenged SEAM's Duelmaster for a shot at the throne. And it's
out with the old, in with the new, as RASTERIZE takes the Title and last week's bar
tab from the old Duelmaster. Heh, heh. Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes,
how else do you think some of these guys win their fights? Skill? Ha!
He who fights and runs away will live to fight another day, the coward. SEAM, I
am losing what little hope I had in you. WEIRDING WAYS the most avoided team? What
insult will suffice, I cannot say. And who led the way in this mass act of
cowardice? Let's see, well, whatcha know? It was I'M NOT EGGBERT. Ha ha ha ha!
YOG-SOTHOTH was challenged more times this turn than the Duelmaster. Now was the DM
insulted or feared? Heh, heh. I guess I can give a little credit to TEXTURIZER of
PIXELBENDERS for challenging up by 23 to DEARLY DEPARTED. TEXTURIZER lost to get 66
points of recognition.
Some people like volunteer work in the hospitals. I volunteer for SEAM's
morgue. More variety. And what a stunning loss we have here, boys and girls, CPT.
CLEAN of I'M NOT EGGBERT has added the final loss to his 13-14-0. Tee hee! And now
a passing thought on a warrior dying young (THEORY of LOST SENTINELS): You had your
chance and now you're dead. Oh well... Seriously now, is it really honorable for
BAD PENNY from LOST SENTINELS to kill CPT. CLEAN and give I'M NOT EGGBERT the chance
to bloodfeud? Mmmm, could be. We're all going to die in the end, so why worry if
the fate catches up with you sooner that later?

I do believe we have all been chastised! Write some ads says the Weirdo, so we shall
endeavor to do so. A spotlight might take more work . . . - Nomad and his Phantoms
If any are interested, recently Graveborn Paladin and Dwimorberg joined Casper and
Stay Puft as graduates from this version of the Phantom Regiment. Graveborn Paladin
was: 17-16-6-17-9-8-11 TP of the OTP variety. No bonuses or anything remarkable
Favors the longsword, I guess, which he never used. Dwimorberg was: 9-10-12-21(+2)-
15-8-11. Striker. -3 or 4 decise which didn't help. Graduated with four Ad.Ex. and
one expert, missing only defense. The very obvious parry favorite learn didn't help a
striker much. Nor did the epee favorite weapon which he clearly never tried given his
stats. But 19-8 and 22-14 are acceptable records so I can't complain. Now they both
get to retire although they have yet to explain what a retired phantom does. Live, I

Drumbo -- Interesting challenge. I feel a bit lucky to have won. -- Burial Rights
Gyaviira -- I'm not even sure how to stay that. But you should not have come this
way. At least you know how to send the dead out in style! -- Dwimorberg
Kagewa -- It is always nice when you can take down someone with so much more
experience. And the learns are usually a bonus as well. -- Dearly Departed
Dead Girl -- I got beat by a dead girl?? How do you lose to someone that is already
dead?? I mean, how can that happen? They aren't even fully solid! I . . . uhm, oh
yeah, uhm, forget I said that. Losing to the dead is actually pretty normal and easy.
I've made 6 others do so already. So maybe the questions isn't how you won, but why
you are on that team. Why a team called the Losers? Phantoms are not losers. Ok, in
that fight I was. But in general, no. Dead Girls are winners and should be on this
team. Maybe you should come around my Mausoleum some time and I'll show you around.
