SPY REPORT
Well, well, well... what do we have here? Not your usually "darling" or "sweets"
opening that you are used to, is it? That's right you bums, Sidara isn't here this
turn, so you get me! The money bags down at the Yellow Press offices thought it would
be good to do a little "cultural" exchange among the no-tourney arenas. I apparently
drew the short straw and got sent to this Andorian gladiator pit. My name is Huard
DePriest, and I'll be your guide as we tip-toe through these proverbial tulips that
smell like worn leather and body odor!
Hey look! A respectable Duelmaster, hmm, didn't see that one coming. Anyway, Cyanide
had a respectable record and two kills when he took over the throne last turn. He
didn't get an invite though, so he got to defend the title. It looks like Yingling
Disco, what a name!, showed some initiative and challenged our Duelmaster. It wasn't
a bad fight, after all, it lasted 4 minutes! It looks as if you are stuck with
Cyanide for one more turn, as he bested Yingling Disco! He also got his invite, so
there will be a new Duelmaster next turn whether you like it or not! Congrats to
Cyanide! The notes that Sidara left me say that Losers are managed by Savant.
Color me impressed! Your little Andorian arena had 3 kills this turn, and not one of
them happened in the Dark Arena. Zoltoid from I'm Not Eggbert was the first to eat
sand. Muck put the young warrior down after receiving a challenge. It was a short
fight and it was pretty! Looks like Juno had 3 kills over the course of his career.
That is pretty impressive, especially in an arena such as this one. The Lost
Sentinel's warrior had sure heard, "Live by the sword, die by the sword," at some
point in his career. In an absolute shocker, Meg Mucklebones executed the more
experienced Juno. This too was a short, 1-minute fight! It all happened so fast!
Our last dead warrior for turn 104 belongs to Oakleaf. These deaths become even more
shocking (and slightly more fantastic) when you realize none of them were Rookies, but
experienced arena warriors! Alright, the last one to die was Drumbo. He was killed
by Grey Mouser from the Deities and Demigods guild. This one was a random matchup,
but I'm sure that does not lessen the blow for Oakleaf.
The most avoided team was Darque Knights. I have to ask, why? Does no one want to
answer me? Fine. They were most avoided by I'm Not Eggbert. Once again, looking at
Sidara's notes, this appears to be a regular occurrence. Are they the only ones
paying attention here? Your most challenged warrior for turn 104 is [drum roll].....
Alita Bloodleaf. She was challenged by Ramirez from 21 points below her in the
rankings, and it appears to have been a good challenge. Alita was beaten by Ramirez
who walked away with 24 more recognition points.
Time for me to go, my sweets! Ha! Just kidding, you're still a bunch of bums, but
I'm more impressed by you now that I've seen you first-hand. It looks to be a
competitive arena you have here. It doesn't compare to Shadowspire, but hey, what
can? I'm sure I'll be seeing more of you guys in the future as they make us switch
arenas from time to time throughout the year. Keep ya swords sharp and be wary of
Serva Pirates's bearing gifts!
