Welcome back to Seam! You got me for another turn, ya bums, so listen up while I tell
you everything you need to know about turn 105. I've been here nearly a month now,
and you know what? This place ain't half bad! I really like the hot springs in town.
My only complaint is this place is a little too touristy, if you know what I mean.
The huge fault line outside of town is cool and all, and I've already mentioned the
baths, but the cost of things around here is outrageous! A flagon of ale in town is
double the price you'd pay in Shadowspire! Oh well, let's get down to business and
look at the turn.
Cyanide leaves you this turn after getting his Lord Protector title. It sounds fancy,
and I guess the thought of not dying is pretty cool. But, you have committed yourself
to a life of fighting for Alastari against the forces of Chaos. Okay, it sounds fancy
and cool! Anyway, Cyanide had one more fight on these sands before travelling onward
to the Isle. In a random matchup because no one can obviously be bothered to
challenge for glory, Cyanide fought Invert. In an amazing turn of events, there is
yet another Parry Strike on the throne of Seam. I have no words. Umm, oh yeah,
congrats to MIxelplick who managed Invert.
The most avoided team is Darque Knights. Really? You mighty teams avoided a squad
that went 1-4 this turn? Once again, I'm speechless. They were most avoided by I'm
Not Eggbert. The most challenged warrior was Yingling Disco. I want to put an
emphasis upon the "was" in that sentence. Why?
RAMIREZ (20-748) (6-6-1,87) of 80S FANTASY challenged YINGLING DISCO (20-711) (10-6-
0,95) of I'M NOT EGGBERT. RAMIREZ slaughtered YINGLING DISCO in a 1 minute
mismatched Challenge brawl.
That is why. Not very sporting, but then again I notice that you gents and gals were
particular deadly this turn, especially on the regular sands. Muck killed Saza
Doomblade, and Twofeet D'Grave slaughtered Tarl. I'm sure Sidara would frown about
such killings, and she'd be WRONG!
Thirsty Thugs take over the top spot with a 10-5-0 record. Phantom Regiment moves up
1 spot, while our former number 1, Oakleaf, falls into the third position. 80s
Fantasy shows some gain by moving into the top 5, and Pixelbenders remains steady to
finish up our top 5. Darque Knights 4 spot plummet is the turn's biggest lost, while
Thirsty Thugs and Huckle's Cats tied for the best gain by climbing 3 in the rankings.
Time to go! I'm heading back over to one of those spas again and buying me one of
those expensive ales too. I'm not even sure why I'm complaining about the price of
ale, The Yellow Press is picking up the bill. You know what? I think I'll have 3
while I relax or try not to drown, whatever! Come back next time and see if one of
