SPY REPORT
Hail and well met warriors of SEAM! Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp Eyes,
Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team PHANTOM REGIMENT was
unseated this week as BIG LAKE NAMES moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot
with a 2-3-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon OAKLEAF this time out
who this turn suffered a fall into 6th position in the wake of a 2-3-0 round.
Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner! Witness how this week
LOST SENTINELS went 5-0-0 to move up 6 in the rankings. MIXL caught the eye of many
in the gladiatorial commission as it skillfully bested DUMBO and was awarded 25
points in recognition. In one of the week's more notable duels, MIXL put down DUMBO,
causing him to lose 19 points of recognition in the process. Although MEG
MUCKLEBONES made a valiant effort, it did not suffice to topple the reign of
victorious MR. GRUNKLE. Informants "close" to the city champion have told me that he
never fights without pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades
that is city SEAM. I saw one fighter that warriors avoided when this week's
challenge seeking began. PIXELBENDERS is feared. This much I can say. Methinks
more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part of last
week avoiding PIXELBENDERS. Indeed it was BOX IN THE ATTIC. Mighty fighters cannot
but expect competition from those below. SAWDUST take warning! You have more than a
few enemies in SEAM. I can not but mention with disdain the name of ANDY ANDERSON
who this week posted a challenge to a warrior a full 14 points below in the rankings.
I thought ANDY ANDERSON showed great skill and promise when he was bested by VALERIA.
All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. My hearty congratulations XAPHA IRONJAW,
for thy revenge upon SAWDUST, slayer of thy fallen comrade. Next time he will know
better, eh? Some say a warrior is judged by the way he bears arms. One thing is
sure, better a dagger in hand then a sword on the belt!
The girls are as pretty in SEAM as ever I remembered them....and the fighters as
ugly! Don't let your reputation slip! More than a sharp eye must I keep, indeed a
stout pair of legs must I keep as well! The endless paths of Alastari await me!

Those Who are not Eggbert -- I guess it isn't as if I actually killed Eggbert. That's
a plus, right? I did challenge the Wind Maker, but had no intention to kill -- I was
even aiming at his arms. It is just that my aim isn't very good. I suspect I shall
be meeting the Craggy one. I can respect the desire to honor the fallen. Graves are
