Notes from the arena champ.
Welly, welly, well - leave it to Snide Clemens to not even mention the new DM or their
12 fight win streak in the last newsletter. *tisk, tisk* Sad news from the Pixelbender
Camp - lost another good one too soon. Bisect was a 14-4-8-15-21-9-13 Parry-Strike
that did great damage. She'll be missed. Other than that bit of somberness, not much
left to report.

SPY REPORT
Ah, it is game day once again, my darlings! It is wonderful as always to see the
hustle and bustle on the sands and in the stands. The sights, the sounds, and even the
smells cannot be replaced with all the other forms of entertainment that Alastari has
to offer. Yes! It is arena day and I am so glad you have joined us in New Seam!
Let's take a look at all that has transpired on our sands today, shall we?
Bokeh is a most impressive Duelmaster, is he not? A 17-5 record is not easy to come
by in these competitions, but Bokeh has shot up the ranks and taken the most coveted
position in our blessed arena. Bokeh is at the top, looking down upon all those that
wish to replace him! This turn, Bokeh decided Chip was worthy of a chance to take the
throne. Our top-ranked Parry Lunge challenged Chip, and showed why he is looked upon
as the current best in New Seam! Congratulations to Bokeh for defending the throne,
and he is managed by none other than Mixel Plick. There was no invite to the Isle, so
we ask important questions such as who will step up and try to challenge our
Duelmaster and can Bokeh take the big chair for a 3rd turn?
Let me see, let me see . . . ah yes, our most avoided team today is Huckle's Cats,
which is a nice break from our regular routine. They were mostly avoided by Robo
Village. The most challegned warrior distinction goes to I Don't Mow or Robo Village.
Vanilla Isis posted a challenge up 6 points to face I Don't Mow. How did it turn out?
Well . . .
VANILLA ISIS overpowered I DON'T MOW in a popular 5 minute one-sided Challenge melee.
There were a total of 30 fights today and 15 of those were challenges, which do not
include the 2 Dark Arena challenges or the 2 bloodfeuds. These are good numbers for an
arena missing 3 teams from the activity list. We knew that Phantom Regiment was
slipping out for a while (per their ads last turn), but now Vendetta and Loud Noises
have gone missing! Where are you at boys?
I've mentioned the 2 Dark Arena deaths, which went according to plan as Wurm Kin and
The Wreck King finished off 2 warriors. The only other death to stain our fair sands
happened on a challenge fight. Cor Sevenblades went after Bagera, a mere 1-point
higher in the rankings. It ended quickly and it ended permanently for Bagera.
Condolences to the dead, may Ahringol take you!
Okay, time to go, my sweets! I will hopefully see each of you next cycle! We have
lots to look forward to! Bloodfeuds and title defenses being the main attractions on
the sands. I always enjoy the arena atmosphere myself - food, folks, and fun before
and after the fights. It is easy to get lost for a whole day in this place. Good
